Each group will con sist of 4 teams. A sin gle round rob in system on group basis will be adopted agai n among each group ' s top teams in the in

A Single knock- out system will be applied to matches among each group ' tsp teams.For Group C, a sin gle round robin system on group basis will be adopted in the preliminary round. 12、draw ing by the Orga ni ser.全場比賽時(shí)間爲(wèi)40分鐘，上、下半場各20分鐘，中場休息5分鐘。Each match will last 40 minu tes, 20 minu tes for the first half and 20 minu tes for the sec ond half, with 5 minu tes' break in betwee n.單淘汰制賽事每場均需分出勝負(fù)，賽和則各隊(duì)派3名球員互射九碼球。如仍未能分出勝負(fù)，則以突然死亡法互射九碼球定勝負(fù)。In matches adopting the single knock-out sy

13、stem, a winning team must be iden tified for each match.If the match ends in a draw, each team shall assig n3 players to take the“ 9 yardout ”lteTioeiy.If the winner is still notidentified, the“ Sudden Death ” rule will be adopted to determine the winner.每隊(duì)全場最多可換球員3人，被換出的球員不得再參與該場比賽。Not more tha n 3

Players who have bee n replaced will not be allowed to re-e nter the match.本賽事不設(shè)越位。The “ offide ” rule will not be adopted in the competition.7.計(jì)分法Point Scori ng System(1) 在單循環(huán)賽事中，每場勝方得3分，負(fù)方得0分，賽和各隊(duì)得1分。In matches adopti ng the sin gle round rob in system,

15、 the winner gains 3 points and the loser gains no point. If the match ends in a draw, each team will gain 1 poi nt. 在單循環(huán)賽事中，若兩隊(duì)或以上隊(duì)伍積分相同，則以有關(guān)隊(duì)伍全部賽事的 得失球差額(即得球減失球)決定名次。如仍未分出名次，則以得球較多 的隊(duì)伍列於較前名次。如仍然相同，則以有關(guān)隊(duì)伍對賽成績勝者爲(wèi)勝。如 該場賽和，則抽籤決定勝負(fù)。If two or more teams score the same points in matches adopting the singl

16、e round rob in system, the positi ons will be determ ined by the goal differe nee of the teams in volved in all matches (calculated by subtract ing goals con ceded from goals scored). If the goal differences are equal, the team scoring more goals will be placed in the higher positi on.If the nu mber

17、 of goals scored areequal, the winner will be the win side of a match between the teams involved. 22、出書面申請，並提交受傷 隊(duì)員的醫(yī)生證明書，大會才會因應(yīng)個別情況作出考慮。Any change of team members is not allowed after 1 June 2010. In case of resignation or injury of any team member, application for change of team members will only be considered on a case by case basis provided that the application is made in a written form and att

Player(s) who fail to produce valid identity documents will not be permitted to participate in the match.10. 棄權(quán)Waiving of Rights11. 罰則Penalty(1) 各球員或球隊(duì)必須依照大會編定的時(shí)間出場比賽，開賽後5 分鐘仍未能出場作賽或當(dāng)比賽進(jìn)行時(shí)球員不足 5 人者，作自動棄權(quán)論，賽會將判對賽隊(duì) 伍勝 2-0。Each player/tea

25、m shall turn up at the scheduled time for the match.Any teamthat fails to turn up 5 minutes after the official commencement time or dispatches less than 5 players during the match will be regarded as having withdrawn from the match and the opponent will be judged as the winner by the Organiser at a

26、score of 2-0.(2) 球隊(duì)在分組單循環(huán)制的任何一場賽事棄權(quán)後，仍可繼續(xù)參與其他賽事，棄 權(quán)隊(duì)伍會被判 0-2 落敗；而在採單淘汰制的賽事中，棄權(quán)者則會被取消資 格，不能繼續(xù)參與餘下的賽事，而有關(guān)成績將停留在其最後一場已參與比 賽的位置。If a team withdraws from one match under the grouped single round robin system, it can still participate in other matches. The team withdrawing from the match will be judged as

27、 the loser at a score of 0-2. For the matches adopting the single knock-out system, withdrawers will be disqualified from playing in the remaining matches. The result that the team has achieved remains to be the position held by it in the last match.(1) 如參賽者被發(fā)現(xiàn)於參賽期間並非該機(jī)構(gòu)的 *僱員，該機(jī)構(gòu)所參與的是項(xiàng)比賽 的資格及所獲的成績將被

28、取消。如被發(fā)現(xiàn)觸犯此規(guī)則超過一次，該機(jī)構(gòu)所 參與工商機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動會全部比賽項(xiàng)目的成績及其參賽資格將被取消。所繳交 的費(fèi)用亦不會獲得發(fā)還。* 僱員的定義請參閱附則 (1)If any participant is discovered that he/she is not the *employee of the organisation during the competition, the results achieved by the organisation in that particular competition will be cancelled.If the organisatio

29、n breaches thisregulation more than once, the organisation will be disqualified from taking part in this year' s Corporate Games and all the entry fee will not be refunded.*The definition of“ Employee ” is stated at Remarks (1)(2) 如有參賽者參賽隊(duì)伍違反規(guī)則或有不良行為而影響賽事，大會有權(quán)取消 其個人有關(guān)隊(duì)伍的參賽資格，所得成績亦會作廢。Any partici

31、fy a participant who has seriously breached the regulations from the competition.(4) 被紅牌警告者除當(dāng)場退出比賽外，下場罰自動停賽一場。Any participant who is shown a red card will be sent off immediately and be suspended from next match automatically.(5) 被累積兩次黃牌警告者，下場罰自動停賽一場。Any participant who has accumulated two yellow ca

Should anything unforeseeable happen during a match, the referee

38、 The decisi ons of the referees on the spot will be fin al.16.領(lǐng)隊(duì)會議：領(lǐng)隊(duì)會議定於2010年5月19日（星期三）晚上7時(shí)在新界沙田排頭街 1至3號 康樂及文化事務(wù)署總部1樓視聽室進(jìn)行。各參賽隊(duì)伍的領(lǐng)隊(duì)須親自或委派代表出席會議。由於對賽抽籤將於會上進(jìn)行，沒有派代表出席的隊(duì)伍將由康樂及文化事務(wù)署職員代為抽籤，並須完全接受抽籤結(jié)果。Team Leaders ' Meeting：The team leaders' meet ing will be held at 7:00 pm on 19 May 2010 (Wed ne

They shall not wear rimmed spectacles or anything which is dangerous to other players. The colour of the goalkeeper's jersey should be prominently different from that ofthe jers
