11、y(干凈).Lets make our school (更漂亮).12. in ones daily life 意為“在某人的日常生活中”,當表示“不同人的日常生活”時,則使用復數(shù)lives。如:We have so many solar products in our daily.13. come from 意為“來自”。如:I the south of China.14.比較:for example 及such as這兩個短語都可以作“例如”解。for example 用來舉例說明某一論點或情況,一般只舉同類人或事物中的“一個”為例,可位于句首、句中或句末。如:A lot of thing

For example , we cannot see air at all.such as 用來列舉事物時,一般列舉同類人或事物中的幾個例子,插在被列舉的事物及前面的名詞之間,as 后面不可有逗號。1) Some of the rubbish ,food , paper and iron , rots away over a long period of time .2) Many languages , English and French , have many similar words .15. 13、around 意為“環(huán)顧”。如:Id like to your company.16(be)made of 意為“由制成”。這是一種被動語態(tài),但我們常常把它當做一個固定搭配來記憶。如:The box is made of cardboard.辨析:be made of 及be made from這兩個詞組都有“由制成”的意思。但使用前者時,成品可以看得出原材料;而。使用后者時,成品看不出原材料。試比較:The chair wood.(木質(zhì)的椅子可以看出原材料是木頭)Paper usually wood.(紙看不出原材料是木頭)17.cut down 意為“砍倒;砍伐”。如: His mothe

27、時由"be+v-ing"構成。be應為助動詞,初學者最容易漏掉,它應及主語的人稱和數(shù)保持一致。 【No. 2】現(xiàn)在進行時的應用 (1) 當句子中有now時,常表示動作正在進行,這時要用現(xiàn)在進行時。如: They are playing basketball now.現(xiàn)在他們正在打籃球。 (2)以look, listen開頭的句子,提示我們動作正進行,這時要用現(xiàn)在進行時。如: Listen!She is singing an English song.聽,她正在唱英語歌。 (2) 【No. 3】現(xiàn)在進行時的變化 肯定句式:主語+be(
28、 am, is, are)+現(xiàn)在分詞+其它. 否定句式:主語+be(am, is, are) +not +現(xiàn)在分詞+其它. 一般疑問句:Be(am, is, are) +主語+現(xiàn)在分詞+其它? 特殊疑問句:疑問詞+be(am, is, are)+主語+現(xiàn)在分詞+其它? 對現(xiàn)在進行時的特殊疑問句的回答,它不可以用Yes或No直接作答,要根據(jù)實際情況回答。 有一些特殊變化(或者說以ie為結尾的重讀閉音節(jié)的動詞)的現(xiàn)在分詞有3個,:lyinglie, dying die tyingti
