1、CIN論文：CIN Ki67 HPV16/18 免疫組織化學(xué) 原位雜交【中文摘要】探討 Ki67 在青年女性子宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變(CerviealIntraepithelialNeoplasia, CIN)中的表達(dá)及其與 HPV16/18 感染的關(guān)系,進(jìn)一步研究青年女性 CIN 發(fā)生、發(fā)展的機(jī)制。方法：分別采用 免疫組織化學(xué)和原位雜交法檢測(cè) Ki67 及 HPV16/18 在正常對(duì)照組、CINI組、CINH組、CIN 皿組的表達(dá)。結(jié)果：Ki67 在正常對(duì)照組、CINI組、CINH組、CIN 皿組的表達(dá)逐漸升高，陽(yáng)性率分別為 7.69% 42.86%、64.52%、82.50%;各 CIN 組 Ki

2、67 的表達(dá)高于正常對(duì)照組 (P0.05);在正常對(duì)照組和各 CIN 組 Ki67 與 HPV16/18 的表達(dá)具有 相關(guān)性(r=0.667,P0.05)。結(jié)論：Ki67 和 HPV16/18 感染與青年女 性子宮頸 CIN 的發(fā)生、發(fā)展有密切的關(guān)系。Ki67 在青年女性 CIN 中的表達(dá)，隨病變的加重逐漸增強(qiáng)，有助于提高對(duì)CIN級(jí)別診斷的準(zhǔn) 確性,為CIN的早期治療提供可靠的依據(jù)，從而降低宮頸癌的發(fā)病率 和死亡率。HPV16/18 感染的陽(yáng)性率與宮頸病變的嚴(yán)重程度密切相 關(guān)，檢測(cè)宮頸 HPV16/18 感染對(duì)宮頸病變的診斷和分級(jí)有指導(dǎo)意義。Ki67 表達(dá)與 HPVl6/18 感染呈明顯的正相
