28、七章 技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓chapter seven technology transfer第十五條 甲、乙雙方同意，由合營(yíng)公司與乙方(或第三者)簽訂技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓協(xié)議，以取得為達(dá)到合同第四章規(guī)定的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)目的、規(guī)模所需的先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)，包括產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、制造工藝、測(cè)試方法、材料配方、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、培訓(xùn)人員等(注：要在合同中具體寫明)。15.party a and party b agree that joint venture may enter into agreement of assignment of technology with party b(or with a third party)to get th
