3、實行新的工資制度時,乙方的工資待遇則作相應調整。第七條乙方依法繳納個人所得稅,甲方依法代為扣繳。第八條發(fā)生下列情形之一,本協(xié)議提前終止:1、發(fā)生甲方或乙方不可抗拒的因數(shù),造成一方或雙方不能繼續(xù)履行合同的;2、雙方就解除本協(xié)議協(xié)商一致的;3、乙方由于健康原因不能履行本協(xié)議義務的。第九條符合下列情況之一的,甲方可以解除本合同,辭退乙方1、乙方因嚴重違反勞動紀律,按甲方員工守則及獎懲辦法規(guī)定可以辭退的。2、乙方因病或非因工負傷在規(guī)定的醫(yī)療期滿后,不能從事原工作也不能從事另行安排的工作的;3、乙方不服從甲方的工作安排。4、甲方宣告破產、不再從事原經營行業(yè)。第十條乙方有以下行為,甲方有權立即通報開除乙方
4、并追究由此造成的損失:1、虛報帳目,帳目不清,弄虛作假,貪污貨款。2、偷盜財物,散布影響公司及同事形象的謠言。第十一條乙方同意醫(yī)療費用自理,醫(yī)療期內甲方不支付勞務費。第十二條本協(xié)議終止、解除后,乙方應在一周內將有關工作向甲方移交完畢,并附書面說明,如給甲方造成損失、應予賠償。第十三條甲、乙雙方若單方面解除本協(xié)議,需提前一個月通知另一方。第十四條自協(xié)議生效起正常履行滿_年時甲方一次性支付給乙方_萬元,協(xié)議期滿甲方再一次性支付給乙方_萬元整。因為任何原因協(xié)議未能達到上述時間甲方不作任何補賞。第十五條因本協(xié)議引起的或與本協(xié)議有關的任何爭議,均提請甲方所在地仲裁委員會按照該會仲裁規(guī)則進行仲裁。任何一方
