3、oare morally corrupt can t resist thetemptation and decide to take risks. Third, the system of censorship andpenalty are far from being strict , encouraging plagiarism to some extent.Plagiarism causes many bad results. On the one hand,plagiarism infringes original writers right and it is unfair for

4、teachers andstudents who don t plagiarize. On the otherhand, plagiarism mayspread negative thoughts which in the end will ruincolleges fame. Therefore ,I suggest collegeauthoritiesshould not regard papers as the only criterion forevaluatingteachers and students. Besides , much strictersystem of cen

5、sorship and pen alty should be applied.目前,學(xué)術(shù)剽竊問(wèn)題越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重。為了獲得職稱(chēng),一些教師抄 襲他人的學(xué)術(shù)論文;為了順利畢業(yè),有些學(xué)生抄襲他人的畢業(yè)論文。 一切事物都有它的原因;學(xué)術(shù)抄襲也不例外。第一,學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)證件也重視畢業(yè)生在賦予職稱(chēng)。其次,現(xiàn)代 科技使它容易獲得信息及材料的空前。一些剽竊者誰(shuí)是道德敗壞不能 抵擋誘惑,決定冒險(xiǎn)。第三,審查和處罰制度不夠嚴(yán)格,在一定程度 上鼓勵(lì)抄襲。抄襲導(dǎo)致很多不好的結(jié)果。另一方面,抄襲侵犯原作者的權(quán)利,這是不公平的教師和學(xué)生不要抄襲。另一方面,抄襲可能會(huì)傳播負(fù)面 的思想,這最終會(huì)毀了學(xué)校的名聲。因此,我建議學(xué)校當(dāng)局不
