2、ated in fields of common expertise and interest. The programs to be initiated through this MOU will be based on a spirit of cooperation, reciprocity, and of mutual benefit to both parties.1. Both institutions agree to pursue academic collaboration in various areas of education, research and extensio

Both institutions will make good-faith and enthusiastic effort to promote program collaboration, exchange of faculty, scholars and students, as well as educational research and extension materials appropriate to the areas of collaboration.3. Students exchange program will include(1) Non-degree

4、ProgramShort-term exchange program will be conducted and the host institution has no responsibility to award degree to exchange students. The program targets at undergraduates or postgraduates of both institutions. However, such terms as to field of study, duration, and number of exchange students w

5、ill be specified in detailed agreements.(2) Degree ProgramBoth institutions will develop a long-term exchange program leading to dual degree of both institutions.Undergraduates and post graduates of both institutions are eligible forapplying.Detailed terms regarding tuition waive, field of study, du

6、ration and number of exchange student will be specified in detailed agreement.4. Specific details of exchanges noted above will be negotiated between the institutions and specific agreement will be signed subject to the approval of each institution.5. This MOU only expresses the intention of coopera

7、tion. It has no legal effect on both parties.6. This MOU will remain in effect for five years from the date of signing, and is renewable thereafter for five-year terms subject to mutual consent. This MOU may be terminated by either party by giving at least six months notice in writing to the other p

ChinaSignature: Signature:Date:Date:*大學(xué)LOGO云南財經(jīng)大學(xué)Yunnan University of Finance and EconomicsUniversity校際合作交流備忘錄（樣本）為提升兩校的教育水平，云南財經(jīng)大學(xué)與* 大學(xué)決定在共同感興趣的專業(yè)領(lǐng)域開展合作交流。兩校將本著共同合作、互惠互利的精神開展本備忘錄涉及的合作項目。1. 兩校同意在教學(xué)、科研和其它相關(guān)領(lǐng)域開展各種類型的學(xué)術(shù)合作項目。2. 兩校將真誠努力推動項目合作，教師職員和學(xué)生的交流，以及學(xué)術(shù)科研和合作項目的資料共享。3. 兩校的學(xué)生交換、交流項目包括：（ 1）非學(xué)位項目非學(xué)位項目的主辦方無需為派出院校的學(xué)生頒發(fā)學(xué)位。本項目針對兩校的本科生和研究生，學(xué)生交換的細(xì)節(jié)，如： 學(xué)科、學(xué)費(fèi)、學(xué)生交換數(shù)量等將由兩校簽訂的其他協(xié)議細(xì)化。（ 2）學(xué)位項目兩校將發(fā)展長期的學(xué)生交換項目，參加本項目的學(xué)生將獲得雙方的學(xué)位。兩校的本科和研究生都可申請該項目。本項目的細(xì)節(jié)，如：學(xué)科、學(xué)費(fèi)、學(xué)生交換數(shù)量等將由兩校簽訂的其他協(xié)議細(xì)化。4.
