Oil, ink, glue, bleach, chalk, grease, or other stain/discoloration.b. 任何回清潔、染色或其它工工序後剩余的化學(xué)劑；b. Any residue from cleaning, dying, or other application of chemicals.c. 任何

2、不適的異味。c. Any objectionable odor.2. 不符合指定的要求 :2. Not As Specifieda. 任何不符合要求的尺寸或超出可接受的范圍；a. Any measurement not as specified or outside the tolerance.b. 主料、顏色、配件、及附件等與與確認(rèn)的樣板有差異的；b. Fabric, color, hardware, or accessories different from sign-off sample.c. 替代品或漏裝的部件；c. Substituted or missing parts.d. 如要

Sewing thread different color from main fabric (if a match is intended).b. 車線不直或車線移位 , 縫入鄰近的部分 ;b. Stitching not straight or running into adjoining panels.c. 斷線 ;c. Broken stitches.d. 針數(shù)不少于規(guī)定的每

7、英寸車線針數(shù) ;d. Fewer than specified stitches per inch.e. 跳線或漏針；e. Skipped or missing stitches.f. 雙線不平行；f. Double row of stitches not parallel.g. 有針孔爆裂或線孔痕跡；g. Needle cut or stitch holes.h. 車線太松或帶有線頭；h. Loose or untrimmed threads.i. 倒針要求如下：i. Return Stitching requirement as follows:I). 真皮小貼 倒針兩下，兩條線頭必須拉到

8、皮貼背面、打上結(jié)，并用膠水貼在皮貼背面。I). Leather tab- 2 return stitches and both thread ends has to be pulled down to the back side of leather tab, using 2 ends to tie a knot and glue it down at the back of leather tab.II). NYLON ( 尼龍 ) 袋 所有倒針不能少于三針。II). On nylon bagAll retur n stitches cannot less the n 3 stitches.

12、. Pocket not correct size.5. 補(bǔ)強(qiáng)要求：5. Reinforcement ：a. 在肩帶撞釘背面必須加上透明膠圈以作補(bǔ)強(qiáng)；a. The back side of all rivet which to be used for shoulder strap needs to add a clear plastic ring for reinforcementb. NYLON （尼龍）袋子的手挽車縫處背面必須加上2MM厚透明PVC以作補(bǔ)強(qiáng)；b. The back side of stitching for attaching the handle of nylon bag

13、 has to add 2mm transparent PVC for reinforcement.c. 內(nèi)格有筆插、口袋、及橡筋等必須在其背后加上2MM厚透明PVC以作補(bǔ)強(qiáng)；etcc. The back side of stitching for inside panel which attached with pen-loop/pockets/elastic has to add 2mm transparent PVC for reinforcement.d. 當(dāng)安裝背攘手挽織帶時(shí)，織帶兩端必須車回口，并覆蓋與袋身的接口（并非只是把織帶插入大身料后 縫上而已） 。經(jīng)過此工序后，縫包邊帶的車
