2、shipstagerawmaterials,semi-finishedproducts,finishedproductssuchasauxiliary,F Sy Ienvironmentalhazardoussubstancestestinganalysis.三 .權(quán)責(zé)Responsibilities :3.1.儀校人員負責(zé)操作指導(dǎo)書制定。3.2.測試人員負責(zé)儀器保養(yǎng)與維護。3.3.測試人員必須為接受過相關(guān)儀器操作培訓(xùn)合格之品保課人員。四 .儀器開機與關(guān)機順序Instrumentbootandshutdownsequence:4.1.開機順序：開穩(wěn)壓電源開測儀綠或T亮開電腦上機翻開測試程序軟件

3、。4.1bootsequence:regulatedpowersupplytestinginstrument(greenlight)toopenthecomputerho stopentestsoftware.4.2.關(guān)機順序:退出測試程序軟件關(guān)電腦主機關(guān)測試儀關(guān)穗壓電源。f五 . 指示燈說明Indicatordescription :I5.1.綠燈-電源指示燈:翻開儀器電源此燈亮。5.1-greenpowerindicator:opentheinstrumentpowerthelights.5.2.黃燈-運行指示燈:儀器測試運行時此燈亮，測試結(jié)束此燈自動熄滅。5.2yellowlights-

4、runningindicator:instrumenttestrunningthelights,theendofthetestthelampisautomaticallyextinguished.六 .操作流程Operationprocess :6.1.每次開機時，首先需對儀器進行預(yù)熱30分鐘,具體預(yù)熱步驟如下:parameterspreheattime(1800seconds)clickontheCrClmeasurementmeasuringplasticcurveclickStartbuttoninputsamples 信息(任意/&入)，點擊確定預(yù)熱測量開始(黃燈亮)，待180

5、0秒測試時間終止，本次預(yù)熱即完成Informationarbitraryinput,clickOKtopreheatthemeasurementstartyellowlight,tobe1800secondstesttimeexpires,thepreheatingisfinished.6.2.每次開機后或儀器測試程序軟件關(guān)閉后再翻開需測量產(chǎn)品前，必須先用純銀校正片作初始 化校正，在此動作順利通過情況下，方能繼續(xù)下一步操作。具體初始化步驟如下：“1105道，否那么需重新進行初始化到達要求為止。6.3.樣品測試操作步驟如下：6.3sampleteststepsareasfollows:參數(shù)設(shè)置設(shè)
