1、住房租賃合同 (中英文)Tenancy Agreement出租方(以下簡稱甲方):Landlord:(Hereinafter called“Party A”)承租方(以下簡稱乙方):Tenant:(Hereinafter called“Party B”)甲、 乙雙方在自愿、平等、誠實信用的基礎(chǔ)上經(jīng)協(xié)商一致,就乙方承租甲方可依法出 租的房屋事宜,訂立本合同。Both Parties through amicable consultation on the basis of party autonomy, equality and goodfaith, agree on the following

2、 terms and conditions as to the tenancy herein一、 房屋地址和面積Location and Size of the house甲方將其所有的位于 的房屋及其附屬設(shè)施在良好狀態(tài)下出租給乙方使用。 出租房 屋的面積為 _ 平方米(建筑面積)。(注意:對方是否房主還是合法轉(zhuǎn)租)Party A will lease to Party B the house which all owned by Party A itself, which is located atand in good condition. 3、ouseis square meters .二、 租賃期限Lease term租賃期限自 _ 年_月_日起至 _年_月_日止。The lease term will be from _ (month) _ (day) _ (year) to_ (month) _(day) _(year).三、 租金Rental1.金額:雙方商定租金為每月 幣 元整。租金按月支付第一期租金于 _年_月_日以前付清;以后每期租金于每月的 _ 日以前繳納,甲方收到租金后予書面簽收。Rental Amount will be _ per month. 5、 party B1.甲方須按時將狀況良好的房屋及附屬設(shè)施交付乙方使用。(注意:交付房屋時, 里面附屬物品要有個清單,最好注明價值)1. Party A will provide the house and attached facilities with good conditions for living to PartyB for using.2.房屋設(shè)施如因非乙方原因而受到損壞時,甲方須在收到乙方通知后及時負責(zé)修繕 的責(zé)任并承擔(dān)有關(guān)的費用。Party A agrees at its own cost, to maintain and repair the house and facili

6、ties when damaged,which is not because of Party B.3.乙方應(yīng)按合同的規(guī)定按時支付租金。3. Party B will pay the rental timely according to this contract.4.未經(jīng)甲方同意,乙方不得將承租的房屋轉(zhuǎn)租或分租,并愛護使用該房屋,不得在出 租房屋內(nèi)進行違反法律及政府對出租房屋用途有關(guān)規(guī)定的行為。4. Party B will not transfer the lease of the house or sublet it without Party As approval andshould

7、 take good care of the house. Otherwise, Party B shall not carry in the house anyunlawful of illegal activities which are not allowed according to laws and the leasing regulationsof the government.5.乙方應(yīng)承擔(dān)租賃期內(nèi)的水、電、煤氣、電訊、收視費、等一切因?qū)嶋H使用而產(chǎn)生的 費用,并按單如期繳納。(注意:物業(yè)費是否包括在租金中要約定清楚)5. Party B will bear the cost of

8、 utilities such as communications, water, electricity, gas,management fee etc. during the lease term.6、甲、乙任何一方如需提前解除合同,均應(yīng)提前至少1個月通知對方,經(jīng)對方同意才能解除合同。在租賃合同期內(nèi),甲乙雙方任何一方未經(jīng)對方同意中途擅自解除合同的, 應(yīng)向?qū)Ψ街Ц兑粋€月的房租作為違約金。6. The party should inform the other party one month in advance to terminate the agreementsubject to agr

Any party terminating the agreement in advance without theagree of other party shall bear relevant breach of contract liability and pay one month rentalpenalty for such early termination shall be paid to the other party.7、本合同期滿時,乙方有優(yōu)先續(xù)租權(quán),但須提前30天給予甲方書面通知,取得甲方的同意,并簽訂續(xù)租合同。7.
