4、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)造發(fā)明的能力和愿望。任務(wù)Learn to use imagination to invent things to deal with problems and do role plays。 教學(xué)內(nèi)容分析 本單元以Inventions為話題,共設(shè)計了四個部分的內(nèi)容:Section A 該部分有4個模塊:第一模塊圍繞When and in what order were they invented? 這一話題展開討論(1a)、聽力(1b)、口語(1c)訓(xùn)練;第二模塊圍繞3個inventions 進(jìn)行聽力(2a-2b)、口語(2c)訓(xùn)練;第三模塊繼續(xù)圍繞inventions這一話題展開訓(xùn)
5、練,要求列出兩類不同的發(fā)明(3a)并以pair work形式對此展開討論和對話訓(xùn)練(3b);第四模塊設(shè)置情景alone on a tiny island,以小組活動形式討論在該情景下什么inventions重要及原因。這部分主要訓(xùn)練口語、學(xué)生處理問題的思維能力和想象力。Section B該部分有4個模塊:第一模塊是詞匯的學(xué)習(xí)(1a)與運用(1b);第二模塊圍繞the history of chips繼續(xù)進(jìn)行聽力(2a-2b)、口語(2c)訓(xùn)練;第三模塊圍繞Who invented tea?這一話題展開閱讀理解(3a),并要求學(xué)生能夠以“From pie plate to flying disk
6、”為題目進(jìn)行應(yīng)用寫作訓(xùn)練(3b);第四模塊以inventions這一話題訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的創(chuàng)造力、解決問題的能力和想象力(4a), 并且以小組討論和角色扮演(4b)的形式展開口語訓(xùn)練。Self check該部分有2個模塊:第一模塊對所學(xué)詞匯進(jìn)行填空訓(xùn)練(1);第二模塊要求就不同的inventions搜集信息并進(jìn)行寫作訓(xùn)練(2)。Reading該部分共設(shè)置了5項任務(wù):第一項任務(wù)以問題討論的方式激活學(xué)生相關(guān)背景知識(Section 1);第二項任務(wù)要求學(xué)生通過快速閱讀獲取信息(Section 2);第三項任務(wù)利用填圖、回答問題等練習(xí)形式進(jìn)一步加深學(xué)生對閱讀內(nèi)容的理解(Section 3);第四項任務(wù)要求學(xué)
7、生對“play on Chinas national basketball team one day”問題發(fā)表觀點、進(jìn)行口語訓(xùn)練(Section 4);第五項任務(wù)要求學(xué)生對某一項發(fā)明進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。 教學(xué)過程設(shè)計 采用Role playing和Discussion 的學(xué)習(xí)策略。充分利用多媒體等教學(xué)設(shè)備,設(shè)計與本課話題相關(guān)的情景,如不同種類的發(fā)明,人物,實物等等。圍繞著本單元的教學(xué)目標(biāo),設(shè)計一些貼近學(xué)生實際的教學(xué)任務(wù),讓學(xué)生談?wù)撋磉叺陌l(fā)明如電話、電腦、汽車、茶葉、籃球以及一些當(dāng)代發(fā)明的看法;讓學(xué)生根據(jù)所學(xué)知識,自己進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新設(shè)計等等。課時計劃:建議本單元用五課時來完成:第一課時:Section A:

It is used for doing sth. 能力目標(biāo):發(fā)展學(xué)生的聽及識記能力,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合語言運用 能力。 情感、態(tài)度和價值觀:讓學(xué)生對身邊所發(fā)明的事物有所認(rèn)識和了解,激發(fā)學(xué)生對創(chuàng)造發(fā)明的興趣。3、 重點和難點 重點句子:When was it invented?
