12、，當(dāng)這些大學(xué)生在工程部這家庭般生活的日子里，相信他們可以學(xué)到很多，不僅是專業(yè)的技術(shù)、專業(yè)知識，還有會學(xué)到更多人生道理。歐陽略作為我部剛轉(zhuǎn)正的實習(xí)生，更適合利用自身的成長經(jīng)歷來帶領(lǐng)其盡快熟悉和認(rèn)識周圍的人和事。2、公司環(huán)境、業(yè)務(wù)的熟悉（11月底12月初）-李正楚、歐陽略若要求實習(xí)生盡快的適應(yīng)公司的各項工作，就有必要盡快的熟悉和了解公司的流程、本部門乃至各部門的工作內(nèi)容。具體措施：歐陽略帶其完成各項日常工作（文員、資料員相關(guān)工作）；參加各類大小會議（項目周列會、公司各類培訓(xùn)會、項目生產(chǎn)會等）；編寫會議紀(jì)要及相關(guān)簡要文件；利用空余時間閱讀、學(xué)習(xí)公司各類規(guī)章、制度、流程。3、熟悉實習(xí)生本人（11月至1

13、2月）-李正楚、胡佳、曹國全、歐陽略基本了解實習(xí)生的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識、性格，發(fā)現(xiàn)其專長，挖掘其潛力，利用實習(xí)生的特長、合理的安排其工作和學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容，彌補(bǔ)其不足。具體措施為：由負(fù)責(zé)人、協(xié)助負(fù)責(zé)人定期（每月至少一次）與實習(xí)生談心；平時工作中觀察、了解（各同事）；組織各類活動（娛樂、運動）。要求實習(xí)生制定一個實習(xí)期計劃（2012年11月至2013年1月）。定期（每月）寫一份實習(xí)報告報實習(xí)負(fù)責(zé)人審閱。4、逐步接手本部門助理類的基本工作（2012年12月）-李正楚、胡佳、歐陽略我部基本的工作涉及面很廣（1、周動態(tài)控制表、進(jìn)度銷項表的收集、整理、呈報、存檔；2、各類呈報領(lǐng)導(dǎo)文件的收集、整理、呈報、存檔；3、協(xié)助

14、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)組織公司聯(lián)合檢查；4、周報會準(zhǔn)備、通知、文件收集、會議紀(jì)要；5、清水灣、銀泰、大興、茉莉公館等各零星項目各項資料工作；6、地產(chǎn)下發(fā)我司圖紙、變更、洽商等文件的接收，協(xié)助檔案室對各項資料的整理工作；7、協(xié)助大興售樓處及樣板間等零星項目的維修工作；8、文員基本工作）。要求其及時對所接手內(nèi)容進(jìn)行記錄、分類和分析?？沼鄷r間學(xué)習(xí)和加強(qiáng)對CAD、Project、Word、Excel等辦公軟件的學(xué)習(xí)與運用。5、現(xiàn)場施工管理的（2012年12月中旬至2013年1月）-李正楚、胡佳、曹國全提供各類施工工藝、安全手冊、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等國標(biāo)、北京市地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文件及公司制定的內(nèi)部文件。要求進(jìn)行認(rèn)真、仔細(xì)的閱讀學(xué)習(xí)并逐步接

15、觸現(xiàn)場實踐。 協(xié)助胡佳、曹國全、歐陽略等對地產(chǎn)辦公樓、ABC后4套樣板間、順義板橋樣板間、42#地1-4#樓以及6#樓、馬駒橋前7棟樓項目的進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、安全文明施工等工作進(jìn)行檢查與監(jiān)督工作，編寫項目檢查簡報，收集、統(tǒng)計各項目周進(jìn)度動態(tài)控制表等，并定期（每周1-2次）向主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進(jìn)行匯報。參加工程管理部每周組織召開的項目周例會，并協(xié)助編寫會議紀(jì)要。參與42#地1-4#樓以及6#樓、馬駒橋前7棟樓的交樓工作，學(xué)習(xí)、總結(jié)交樓經(jīng)驗。參與地產(chǎn)辦公樓的竣工驗收工作。參與工程管理部每月組織的對地產(chǎn)辦公樓、ABC、42#地、馬駒橋、碧海方舟別墅等項目月度聯(lián)檢，掌握聯(lián)檢內(nèi)容，學(xué)習(xí)聯(lián)檢知識及方法。要求實習(xí)生及時、標(biāo)

16、準(zhǔn)地完成施工日志，對當(dāng)天的主要工作和進(jìn)行相識的記錄，并進(jìn)行適當(dāng)總結(jié)和分析。對施工工藝進(jìn)行詳細(xì)了解，熟練掌握公司規(guī)范，部門會定期進(jìn)行培訓(xùn) 例舉相關(guān)案例，并對其進(jìn)行分析，使實習(xí)生更好的了解及掌握6、系統(tǒng)的學(xué)習(xí)和掌握相關(guān)知識（春節(jié)后）通過對樣板間的檢查、詢問、和研討逐步掌握工程施工的相關(guān)施工工序和專業(yè)知識。通過各項目現(xiàn)場檢查、跟蹤、請教及周動態(tài)控制文件的收集、整理和分析，逐步掌握相關(guān)施工工序和專業(yè)知識。通過月度聯(lián)檢、周例行檢查和詢問、總結(jié)逐步了解進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、文明施工、材料、成本等方面管理的相關(guān)要素及管理方法。7、進(jìn)行相關(guān)知識、技能的考核和指導(dǎo)（春節(jié)后每月進(jìn)行）-李正楚 每月對實習(xí)生的CAD、Proj

17、ect、Word、Excel等辦公軟件進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)并對其的掌握程度進(jìn)行考核。系統(tǒng)觀察、了解其溝通能力、團(tuán)隊協(xié)作能力、主動性以及學(xué)習(xí)能力，對那些不足之處進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)。督促其積極進(jìn)行相關(guān)資格證書考試的準(zhǔn)備。8、溝通（及時）-李正楚、胡佳、歐陽略及時了解實習(xí)生思想動態(tài)，對癥下藥，解決其工作和生活上的困惑，為盡快將其培養(yǎng)為合格的精裝工程師而努力。對實習(xí)生提出的問題盡力做出更詳細(xì)的解答，并進(jìn)行舉例，使其更好的了解逐漸將部門一些工作交給實習(xí)生，并對其指導(dǎo)，輔助完成，可加快實習(xí)生的成長，并對其進(jìn)行評價及糾正9、充實生活（業(yè)余）-李正楚、歐陽略督促其積極參加公司組織的各項業(yè)余活動，減輕學(xué)習(xí)及工作帶來的壓力，使其有松有

18、緊，加快個人整體方面的成長，及更好的保持身體健康。10、獨立性培養(yǎng)（日常的工作和學(xué)習(xí)中）-李正楚在實習(xí)過程中，為實習(xí)生創(chuàng)設(shè)一定的問題情景，使學(xué)生有更多的機(jī)會去探索和思考，以便發(fā)揮其潛在能力。要能舉一反三，就還需要學(xué)生有一個深入思考的過程，若干次錯誤與不完善的思考，這樣才能達(dá)到一定的熟練程度讓實習(xí)生根據(jù)自己對問題的理解和思維發(fā)展水平，提出自己對問題的看法，可以反映出實習(xí)生對一個問題的認(rèn)識水平為實習(xí)生創(chuàng)造更多的思考機(jī)會，充分激發(fā)學(xué)生的內(nèi)在動機(jī)，努力發(fā)展學(xué)生的潛在能力，使實習(xí)生更實在的認(rèn)識所學(xué)的知識獨立思考獨立檢查 工程項目管理部 2012年11月通過多種方式和手段，進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)檢索、資料收集和整理，旨
