1、人員招聘錄用管理制度(修09-2-18)1人員招聘錄用管理制度(2009年1月1日修改執(zhí)行)第一章總則第一條為使人才招聘錄用工作規(guī)范化、制度化,并使人才的 引進(jìn)符合公司的經(jīng)營方針及實(shí)際工作需要,特制定本制度。第二條綜合管理部是本制度的主控部門,負(fù)責(zé)人員的招聘、 錄用和相關(guān)管理;各部門協(xié)助綜合管理部做好本部門人員招聘錄 用及崗前培訓(xùn)工作;公司總經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督本制度的執(zhí)行情況,批 準(zhǔn)招聘結(jié)果。第三條招聘原則1、公開原則。招聘崗位名稱、職數(shù)公開,崗位所需的資格 條件公開,招聘的程序公開。2、能力與崗位相匹配原則。通過嚴(yán)格、科學(xué)考試考核,精 心比較,從應(yīng)聘人員中挑選能力與崗位最相匹配的人予以擇優(yōu)錄 用。

2、3、平等原則。對所有應(yīng)聘者一視同仁,公平對待。4、全面原則。對應(yīng)聘者從品德、知識、能力、素質(zhì)、可發(fā) 展性等方面進(jìn)行全面的考試、考核與考察,對其進(jìn)行綜合評定。第二章招聘錄用管理規(guī)定第四條公司人員的招聘,由各部門經(jīng)理提出或者根據(jù)公司需 要,經(jīng)總經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)后由綜合管理部負(fù)責(zé)招聘。第五條招聘準(zhǔn)備1、員工招聘申請。由用人部門填寫人力需求申請表,對 空缺職務(wù)進(jìn)行描述,經(jīng)分管副總經(jīng)理審批后,向綜合管理部提出 申請。2、招聘人員應(yīng)先考慮公司內(nèi)部人力資源充分使用的狀況。3、招聘條件。有下列情形時(shí),方可對外招聘:(1) 公司內(nèi)部無適合人選或人力資源不足時(shí)。(2) 需求量大,公司內(nèi)部人力資源經(jīng)調(diào)整仍不足時(shí)。(3) 需

3、特殊技術(shù)或?qū)I(yè)知識的人才。4、招聘途徑選擇:(1) 公司內(nèi)部公開招聘;(2) 依據(jù)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的專業(yè)招聘網(wǎng)站發(fā)布招聘廣告。(3) 參加大型招聘會(huì)或房地產(chǎn)專場招聘會(huì)并發(fā)布招聘廣告。(4) 通過大、屮專院校畢業(yè)生見面會(huì)招聘應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生。第六條招聘實(shí)施1、綜合管理部應(yīng)在招聘過程屮要求招聘者提供以下資料:(1)應(yīng)聘表。個(gè)人履歷表。照片(近期免冠一寸正面照二張)。(4)身份.學(xué)歷、職稱等證明。應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生須提供成績單。2、綜合管理部對應(yīng)聘人員資料進(jìn)行整理、分類,篩選后交 給用人部門經(jīng)理。用人部門經(jīng)理根據(jù)資料對應(yīng)聘人員進(jìn)行再次篩 選,做出初步選擇意and management, nsure that wastew

7、tensity of 公司管理制度匯編向,確定面試人選,并將資料送交綜合管理部, 綜合管理部統(tǒng)一安排面試時(shí)間并通知面試人員。3、初試。初試由綜合管理部主持,用人部門參與。面試側(cè) 重于對應(yīng)聘者的應(yīng)變能力、溝通能力、心理素質(zhì)和綜合測試與評 價(jià)。參加面試人員應(yīng)填寫面試評價(jià)記錄表,并共同確定復(fù)試 人選。4、復(fù)試。復(fù)試由用人部門的分管副總經(jīng)理主持,綜合管理 部和用人部門參與。面試側(cè)重于對應(yīng)聘者的專業(yè)技能、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、 理解能力、問題的解決能力等方面進(jìn)行綜合測試與評價(jià);參加面 試人員應(yīng)填寫面試評價(jià)記錄表,并共同確定擬錄用人選。5、總經(jīng)理復(fù)核。由總經(jīng)理最后對通過復(fù)試的應(yīng)聘人員進(jìn)行 復(fù)核,確定錄用人選,綜合管理

8、部發(fā)放員工錄用通知書或電 話告知報(bào)到事宜。第七條入職規(guī)定1、新員工報(bào)到時(shí),需向綜合管理部提供以下有關(guān)文件、證 明。(1) 身份證、學(xué)歷證明、職稱證明、技術(shù)等級證明、經(jīng)歷 證明等原件。與原工作單位解除勞動(dòng)合同的原件。個(gè)人近期一寸免冠彩色照片(不少于二張)。(4)體檢合格證明。(5)擔(dān)任財(cái)務(wù)工作的人員須提供擔(dān)保材料一份。2、若有其屮任何一項(xiàng)不符合職位要求及限制,綜合管理部不得錄用該員工;謊報(bào)資料者錄用后一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn),勞動(dòng)關(guān)系自動(dòng)解 除O3、新進(jìn)員工需填寫員工登記表,提交的文件由綜合管理 部復(fù)印并編制個(gè)人檔案,并由綜合管理部安排新員工到指定醫(yī)院 接受員工體檢。reatment of heavily po

20、負(fù)責(zé)將新員工介紹給 上一級主管或同事。2、試用期(1)員工試用期為13個(gè)月,主管級以上人員試用期為36個(gè)月。(2)通過定向招募的高級人才,雙方協(xié)商確定試用期限, 但不得少于1個(gè)月。3、試用期內(nèi)原則上不得調(diào)換崗位。4、試用結(jié)果(1)試用期內(nèi)辭退。試用員工在試用期間,因表現(xiàn)不佳或能力不符合使用條件 時(shí),用人部門應(yīng)及時(shí)通知綜合管理部,由綜合管理部核實(shí)后提前 三日書面或電話通知員工,并辦理辭退手續(xù)。(2)正式錄用。綜合管理部應(yīng)在員工轉(zhuǎn)正前十天,提醒員工填寫、提交試 用員工轉(zhuǎn)正申請審批表,執(zhí)行轉(zhuǎn)正審批流程。綜合管理部與用人部門共同對試用期員工進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)正定崗的考核鑒定,經(jīng)分管副總經(jīng)理、總經(jīng)理簽批后正式錄用。

21、(3) 提前或延期轉(zhuǎn)正的具體規(guī)定:對表現(xiàn)特別突出或業(yè)績上有重大貢獻(xiàn)的員工,可按最短期 限轉(zhuǎn)正。對工作暫時(shí)不能勝任、有違紀(jì)違規(guī)行為的新員工,視情節(jié) 輕重,可延長試用期,但不超過其工作崗位的最長試用期。and management, nsure that wastewater treatment facility up and running, role play, avoi d the ''Sun" problem.
