1、英文會議流程圖 (VIP)CONFERENCE DETAILEDFLOW CHARTROLL CALL點(diǎn)名點(diǎn)名，該階段要求確定共多少國家參會， 參會國家的簡單多數(shù)和三分之二多數(shù)是多少。The Rapporteur: Honorable delegates, now we are going to have the roll call. Those countries called please raise your placard and answer PRESENT.問完之后，依照字母順序宣讀國家名。（見國家名單）The Rapporteur: The people ics Republof
