45、測速傳感器、秤架、主動滾筒、從動滾筒、輸送帶、張緊裝置、拖動裝置、調(diào)偏裝置等組成。當散落在輸送皮帶機上的物料通過秤體時,秤體中的稱重傳感器和測速傳感器分別把重量毫伏信號和帶速脈沖信號通過接線盒送往皮帶秤儀表自動配料系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計思想為:皮帶輸送機投入運行前,輸送皮帶上物料流量的設(shè)定值由操作人員在鍵盤上設(shè)定。系統(tǒng)投入正常運行后,單片機采樣皮帶荷重信號和走速信號,將皮帶走速信號與皮帶單位長度上的瞬時重量相乘即可計算出皮帶上物料的瞬間流量F(t)。瞬間流量可通過數(shù)碼管顯示出來,為操作人員提供工藝數(shù)據(jù)參考。8031系統(tǒng)再將流量實際值與其設(shè)定值進行比較,經(jīng)PID調(diào)節(jié)運算后計算出控制量vi,再轉(zhuǎn)換為電流輸

48、動的連續(xù)稱量和累計,具有運輸和計量兩種功能。稱重部分采用電阻應(yīng)變式工作原理,多托輥杠桿式結(jié)構(gòu),實際工作時,皮帶稱采用恒速計量方式,通過調(diào)節(jié)上級給料速度來改變物料流量,本類型怕帶稱多用于企業(yè)內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)的工藝控制。2): 儀表控制柜儀表控制柜主要包括七臺皮帶稱儀表,每臺皮帶稱儀表接受來自稱重傳感器的重量毫伏信號和來自測速傳感器的帶速脈沖信號,計算出流量和累計量。并將流量信號以420毫安模擬電流的形式送給工控機,工控機將流量信號與機內(nèi)設(shè)定值比較后,根據(jù)一定的控制規(guī)則輸出420毫安調(diào)節(jié)信號,控制現(xiàn)場給料機的轉(zhuǎn)速,從而構(gòu)成單機閉環(huán)系統(tǒng),達到控制某種物料流量的目的。3):變頻器柜 柜中的變頻器,接受來自動力控制柜的開關(guān)信號控制上級給料電機的啟停,同時亦接受來自工控機的4-20毫安調(diào)節(jié)信號,來改變輸出動力電源的頻率,從而控制現(xiàn)場7臺給料機的轉(zhuǎn)速。如果變頻器功率較大,則必須在柜體中配置散熱風
