31、unanimously agree from time to time (hereinafter called the “Joint Venture”) for the purposes of: -preparing and submitting the Proposal to the Client;-providing any further information the Client may require or negotiating with the Client on any matters requiring negotiation in connection with the

The Leading Member shall co-ordinate the preparation of the Proposal and its submission to the Client. The Memb

40、each of the Members shall grant a Power of Attorney in favour of a person nominated by it as its Representative, as designated in Schedule 1. The Representatives of each Member will constitute the Policy Committee of the JV. Under the Power of Attorney granted him, the Representative of a Member sha

41、ll thereby have authority to sign the Proposal and the Services Agreement on behalf of and in the name of that Member. The signature of its Representative shall bind each Member if respect of all obligations and liabilities it assumes under this Agreement.本協(xié)議簽署后，各方應(yīng)按照附表1的規(guī)定對指定代表出具授權(quán)書。各方代表組成合營體政策委員會。

49、ess otherwise agreed by the Members, no member shall engage in any activity related to the Project, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, other than as a Member of the JV and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Each Member warrants that its subsidiaries and other firms o
