W02準備好接線圖紙，負責接線的技術(shù)人員對接線人員進行詳細的安全、技術(shù)交底，并培訓考試合格，做好全程交底培訓記錄。Prepare termination drawing, technician should tell the workers safety, technical disclosure, and t

Make a record.交底不清、考試不合格，嚴禁上崗。You can not work if technical disclosure is not clearly or you fail exam.W03人員分工，實施“專人、專柜、掛牌”接線法，接線人員備好所需的施工工具及勞動防護用品。Divide the work by “specially-assigned person, specially-assigned panel, sign”, termination person should prepare tools and sa

4、fety equip.專人：受過培訓，且考試合格的某位施工人員；專柜：指定的某盤、某臺或某柜；掛牌：專為跟蹤、控制接線工藝質(zhì)量而設計的接線標識牌。specially-assigned person: constructor who pass by training and exam.specially-assigned panel: specified panel, stage or cabinet.Sign: a sign for termination quality control.W04電纜接線前在盤柜的門背后右上方貼上接線工藝卡，在工藝卡上用黑色記號筆填寫：接線圖紙審核人的姓名和聯(lián)系

5、電話，接線人的姓名、班組、聯(lián)系電話以及接線人所接的電纜編號，做到接線圖紙審核和接線施工責任落實到具體的人，并具有可追溯性。Before termination, paste a operation card on the panel, the card should be wrote on the name and phone number who checked the drawing, the termination staffs name, phone number, and all the cable tag.
