5、d a problem of deep screening of humid and sticky, especially the aperture less than 10mm of humid and sticky raw coal, it can solve the problem of blocking screen meshes. The equipment has a characteristics of a high screening efficiency 、 low noise、 using economy and so on. This equipment can be a

11、es whether they are complete or not as the shipping order.3 .按照裝箱單清點(diǎn)附件是否齊全。4 .Whether the parts are broken or not during the transporting.5 .部件是否因運(yùn)輸有碰壞現(xiàn)象。1.4 Debugging調(diào)試1. Before debugging, check and fasten all the bolts.1 調(diào)試前檢查并緊固各部件間緊固螺栓。2. Check it whether it is abnormal.2.檢查有無其它異常3. Starting ord

12、ers: start this equipment in the adverse current materials, stop the equipment in the downstream material; avoid starting the equipment with the materials, stop the equipment when all the materials passed through the screen decks.3.起動(dòng)順序：逆料流方向啟動(dòng)，順料流方向停車，應(yīng)避免帶料啟動(dòng)，篩面上物料全部篩完再停車。4. After regulate the equi

13、pment, then run the equipment for 1-2 hours, when it is not abnormal, then you can put materials into operating. 。4調(diào)整后運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)1-2 小時(shí)無異?，F(xiàn)象方可投入使用。1.5 Operation and Maintenance使用與維護(hù)1. Check all the fastened parts frequently whether they are loose or not.1經(jīng)常檢查緊固件有無松動(dòng)。2. Check all the wearing parts frequently

During lifting 、 carrying and erecting,equipments;1.激振器在吊裝、搬運(yùn)及安裝時(shí)切勿碰撞。2. Before erecting, you shou

23、ld check all the connecting bolts whether they meet the requirements.2.安裝前應(yīng)檢查各部件的緊固連接螺栓孔是否相符。3. During erecting, do not take down any part by yourself.3. 安裝時(shí)不得隨意拆卸零部件4. After erected, make sure that the exciter should be horizontal crossly.5. 安裝后激振器應(yīng)保證橫向水平.6. The fastening bolts applied loose-proof

24、devices, so as not to loosen the bolts and break the exciters.7. 緊固螺栓采用防松裝置，以防螺栓松動(dòng)使激振器損壞。8. You can regulate the vibrating force, so as to let various vibration equipments screen all kinds of materials.9. 調(diào)整激振力大小，可滿足各種振動(dòng)設(shè)備不同物料的需要。10. egulating the vibrating force:11. 振力的調(diào)整：12. 25、ve covers;a) 卸下風(fēng)罩。b) Loosen the bolts of the regulative eccentric mass;2.4 旋松配重塊緊固螺栓;2.5 Regulate the fixed eccentric mass and the regulative eccentricmass at the same phase and the same angle; or add or reduce the regulative eccentric mass ;c) 同相位、同角度調(diào)整激振器的偏心塊和配重塊,或增加、減少配重塊的數(shù)量;2.6 Screw the bolts,

26、assemble the coversd) 旋緊螺栓，裝回風(fēng)罩。13. The Operation and Maintenance使用與維護(hù)1. After the exciters are assembled and regulated, run them for 2-7 hours, check all the parts whether they are normal or not and screw all the screws again.2. 激振器安裝調(diào)整完畢，運(yùn)行 2-7 小時(shí)， 檢查各部件是否正常，并對各部位螺栓再緊固。3. You should control the te

27、mperature at 95 oC.Check the lubrication grease volume at a regulative time and supplement it in time, so that the volume is 2/3 of bearings vessel. Suggest that you can apply the molybdenum disulfide complex calcium lubricating grease, you had better check it two times every week.2.正常使用時(shí)軸承的溫度應(yīng)控制在 9

28、50c.定期檢查軸承腔內(nèi)油量，并按要求 及時(shí)補(bǔ)充，以保證潤滑脂為軸承容腔的2/3 為宜。建議使用二硫化鉬復(fù)合鋰基潤滑脂，最好每周檢查兩次。4. You should maintain it half year, clear off the dirt and dusts of the surface, clear the bearings and check the lubricating seals whether they are broken or not, and change them in time.3. 每半年應(yīng)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)一次，清除機(jī)體表面積塵、污垢，清洗軸承，檢查油封等易損件是否損

37、If you want to run this equipment, please switch on the power source, switch on the knife-break switch, check the voltmeter whether it works normally or not, or the three-phase voltage normally or not. If the voltmeter shows that the power source is abnormal, please check the power interface; if nor

38、mal, then you can carry out the next operation sequence; turn the selector switch on the site pattern, so that you can operate the electric control box by hand. Press the starting key （1）, start the No.1 motor when the indicator light （1）is on, then check the current whether it is normal or not; pre

39、ss the starting key （2）, start the No.2 motor when the indicator light （2） is on , check the current whether it is normal or not; so does the No.3 motor.However, the stopping sequenceis as follows: press the on/off key （3）, the No.3 motor stops running when the indicator light （3） is off, so do the No.2 and No.2 motors.
