2、中將數(shù)據(jù)錄入A列,則在后面引用中所有的數(shù)據(jù)記為A:A);2. 2計(jì)算“最大值”、“最小值”、“極差”、“分組數(shù)”、“分組組距”,公式如圖:3. 3分組“分組”就是確定直方圖的橫軸坐標(biāo)起止范圍和每個(gè)小組的起止位置。選一個(gè)比最小值小的一個(gè)恰當(dāng)?shù)闹底鳛榈谝粋€(gè)組的起始坐標(biāo),然后依次加上“分組組距”,直到最后一個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)值比“最大值”大為止。這時(shí)的實(shí)際分組數(shù)量可能與計(jì)算的“分組數(shù)”有一點(diǎn)正常的差別。類似如下圖。4. 4統(tǒng)計(jì)頻率“頻率”就是去統(tǒng)計(jì)每個(gè)分組中所包含的數(shù)據(jù)的個(gè)數(shù)。最簡單的方法就是直接在所有的數(shù)據(jù)中直接去統(tǒng)計(jì),但當(dāng)數(shù)據(jù)量很大的時(shí)候,這種方法不但費(fèi)時(shí),而且容易出錯(cuò)。一般來說有兩種方法來統(tǒng)計(jì)每個(gè)小組的數(shù)
3、據(jù)個(gè)數(shù):1.采用“FREQUENCY”函數(shù);2.采用“COUNT IF”讓后再去相減。這里介紹的是“FREQUENCY”函數(shù)方法:“Date_array”:是選取要統(tǒng)計(jì)的數(shù)據(jù)源,就是選擇原始數(shù)據(jù)的范圍;“Bins_array”:是選取直方圖分組的數(shù)據(jù)源,就是選擇分組數(shù)據(jù)的范圍;5. 5生成“FREQUENCY”函數(shù)公式組,步驟如下:1. 先選中將要統(tǒng)計(jì)直方圖每個(gè)子組中數(shù)據(jù)數(shù)量的區(qū)域6. 62. 再按“F2”健,進(jìn)入到“編輯”狀態(tài)7. 73. 再同時(shí)按住“Ctrl”和“Shift”兩個(gè)鍵,再按“回車Enter”鍵,最后三鍵同時(shí)松開,大功告成!8. 8制作直方圖選中統(tǒng)計(jì)好的直方圖每個(gè)小組的分布個(gè)數(shù)
4、的數(shù)據(jù)源(就是“頻率”),用“柱形圖”來完成直方圖:選中頻率列下所有數(shù)據(jù)(G1:G21),插入柱形圖二維柱形圖9. 9修整柱形圖選中柱形圖中的“柱子”右鍵設(shè)置數(shù)據(jù)系列格式:1、系列選項(xiàng),分類間距設(shè)置為0%;2、邊框顏色:實(shí)線,白色(你喜歡的就好)3、關(guān)閉“設(shè)置數(shù)據(jù)系列格式”窗口10. 10直方圖大功造成!END制作正態(tài)分布圖1. 獲取正態(tài)分布概念密度 正態(tài)分布概率密度正態(tài)分布函數(shù)“NORMDIST”獲取。在這里是以分組邊界值為“X”來計(jì)算:Mean=AVERAGE(A:A)(數(shù)據(jù)算術(shù)平均)Standard_dev=STDEV(A:A)(數(shù)據(jù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方差)Cumulative=0(概率密
5、度函數(shù))2. 向下填充3. 在直方圖中增加正態(tài)分布曲線圖1、在直方圖內(nèi)右鍵選擇數(shù)據(jù)添加2、系列名稱:選中H1單元格3、系列值:選中H2:H214、確定、確定4. 修整圖形1、在圖表區(qū)柱形較下方選中正態(tài)分布曲線數(shù)據(jù),(正態(tài)分布密度值和頻率數(shù)值相比太小了,實(shí)在看不清,多試幾次,選中后如圖,同時(shí)正態(tài)分布曲線那數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)處于選中狀態(tài))。5. 2、右鍵設(shè)置數(shù)據(jù)列格式系列繪制在次坐標(biāo)軸;關(guān)閉,如圖6. 更改系列圖表類型1、選中正態(tài)分布柱形圖右鍵更改系列圖表類型7. 2、選中“拆線圖”3、確定8. 平滑正態(tài)分布圖選中正態(tài)分布曲線右鍵設(shè)置數(shù)據(jù)列格式線型勾選“平滑線”關(guān)閉大功告成!9. 本例中原始數(shù)據(jù):51.7,5
