工程安裝合同模板

1、工程安裝合同模板于 年 月 日，（簡稱甲方）與（簡稱乙方）,簽訂安 裝 的項(xiàng)目合同。1 .安裝工程名稱： 。2 .工程地點(diǎn)：甲方 港口。3 .工程范圍：本合同所附圖紙及估價(jià)單。4 .完工期限：本安裝工程將配合甲方 在 甲方港口建造工程完工后 天內(nèi)，完成安裝工程， 其中包括 試驗(yàn)運(yùn)行。5 .安裝工程總價(jià)格： 美元整。6 .安裝工程付款進(jìn)度：第一期：甲方在本合同開始實(shí)施時(shí)，付給乙方工程 總價(jià)15%,即 美元整。第二期：甲方在 港口造船工程開始時(shí)， 付給乙方工程總價(jià)15%,即 美元整；第三期：在安裝管路時(shí)，甲方付給乙方工程總價(jià)的10%即 美元整。第四期：在主機(jī)的主要設(shè)備運(yùn)抵工地時(shí)，甲方付給乙方工程總

2、價(jià)的40%即 美元整；第五期：在安裝工程完畢時(shí)，甲方付給乙方工程總價(jià)的10%,即 美元整；第六期：在工程驗(yàn)收合格后，甲方付給乙方工程總價(jià)余額的10% 即 美元整。7 .違約罰款：因乙方原因未準(zhǔn)時(shí)完工時(shí)，應(yīng)由乙 方負(fù)責(zé)，應(yīng)付違約罰款，每天按總價(jià)的1%計(jì)算，即 美元整。8 .增加或減少工程：若甲方需修改、增加或減少 其工程計(jì)劃時(shí)，總價(jià)之增減，應(yīng)按雙方規(guī)定之訂單計(jì)算。若 需新增加工程量，雙方應(yīng)另行協(xié)商該項(xiàng)新增加工程之單價(jià)。 若甲方因修改原計(jì)劃而將已完工部分工程或已運(yùn)抵工地之 材料棄置，甲方在驗(yàn)收后，應(yīng)按雙方規(guī)定的單價(jià)對(duì)乙方已完 成的工程費(fèi)用及材料費(fèi)，予以支付。9 .監(jiān)督進(jìn)度：甲方派去的監(jiān)督人員或代表

3、對(duì)工程 進(jìn)度予以監(jiān)督并有權(quán)予以監(jiān)工、指導(dǎo)。乙方應(yīng)按甲方人員或 代表的指示正確施工，不得以任何借口置之不理。10 .工程停工：若甲方通知乙方將工程停止，其原 因又并非是乙方的責(zé)任，乙方可停止工程并要求甲方按照已 完成工程的數(shù)量、運(yùn)抵工地的材料及其他合理費(fèi)用。在已交 款中增付或扣除。11 .工程監(jiān)護(hù)：在工程開始后，但在完工移交前， 已完工的工程及留在工地的材料、工具、設(shè)備等，均由乙方 保管。除人力不能抵抗的災(zāi)害外，乙方應(yīng)對(duì)保管中的一切， 負(fù)損害之全責(zé)。如遇不可抵抗的天災(zāi)人禍，乙方應(yīng)詳列損害實(shí)情，向甲方提由恢復(fù)原狀的價(jià)格及日期。以供甲方核對(duì)付 款之用。若甲方?jīng)Q定不再繼續(xù)施工，按合同第10條規(guī)定結(jié)束。

4、12 .工程保險(xiǎn)：除天災(zāi)或因甲方使用不當(dāng)?shù)脑蛲猓?乙方應(yīng)在甲方驗(yàn)收后保證工程質(zhì)量良好 年。13 .附加條款：在工程進(jìn)行中，若因乙方的過錯(cuò)， 使甲方或其他人員受到傷害，乙方應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)賠償。但如果傷害 原因是由甲方或與甲方訂約之其他工程人員的過錯(cuò)所造成， 則應(yīng)由甲方完全負(fù)責(zé)。14 .附件：本合同附件應(yīng)視為本合同的一部分，與 其他條款有同等效力。附件包括：（1）圖樣；（2）估價(jià)單。15 .合同形式：本合同一式兩份，甲乙雙方各執(zhí)一 份。另各保留兩份副本供雙方存檔備查。16 .附加條款：主機(jī)的保養(yǎng)一一乙方應(yīng)在甲方驗(yàn)收 后，提供免費(fèi)及定期對(duì) 保養(yǎng)服務(wù)一年，每個(gè)月派員一次維護(hù)正常運(yùn)行。本合同按雙方所簽日期生效

16、der the custody ofparty b after commencement and before completion anddelivery of the work. unless in the event of forcemajeure , party b shall be fully responsible for anydamageof the work under the custody of party b. in case of force majeure , party b shall give a list of damage according to the

17、actual condition and suggest an expected price and date forrecovery from such damageto party a for checking and payment.should party a decide not to continue with the work, thiscontract shall be terminated according to article 10 hereof.12. warranty for work.party b shall warrant the promised condit
