13、 the on-site represe ntative to supervise the fulfillme nt ofcon tract obligati ons, to oversee the quality con trol and check the project progress, and to han dle issues such as accepta nce and variatio ns and withdraw the represe ntative at any time.9.1.2. Days before beg inning of the project, Pa

14、rty A shall provide Party B .9.1.3. Party A shall con firm the variati on and suggestion days after providi ng to desig n draw ings and scheme to Party B.9.1.4. Party A shall be resp on sible for coord in ati ng the relati on ship with the engining.9.2. Obligations of Party B9.2.1. Party B appo in t

15、s WangZhirong as the on-site represe ntative of Party B to take char ge of fulfilli ng the con tract obligati ons. The on-site represe ntative of Party B shall orga ni ze the con structi on accord ing to con tract requireme nts so that the project can be comple ted according to the quality and quant

16、ity requirements and on a timely manner.9.2.2. Party B shall observe safetypolicies of on-site man ageme nt by the state and Guan gxi , Nanning gover nment authorities and shall independently and fully assumes responsible for the loss caused by violatio n.9.2.4. Duri ng con structi on. Party B shoul

17、d make such adjustme nt to the con struct ion pla n and the progress schedule per Party A's in struct ion and cha nge-orders.9.2.5. Party B should tran sfer the con structi on site within days after the qualified completi on.10. Agreeme nt on SafetyParty B must strictly adhere to the Safety and

18、Technical Standards of Construction and I nfrastructure In stallati on and regulati on of Chi na, Guan gxi Zhua ng Aut onom ous Regi on, Nanning Safety Stan dards and other releva nt regulati ons and sta ndards.the con structi on spot should meet all sta ndards of the People's Republic of China.

19、 And beari ng the safety fees which are not caused by party A.11. The concerning material supply11.1. Party A or Party B should be resp on sible for the material ,equipme nts,which should meet the qualified design request with qualification guarantee books.11.2. Any material,equipment which is bough

20、t by the Party B, if not agree with the quality request or specificati on con tai n differe nce,should forbid any usage.the Party B should rebuy the equipme nt and bear the resp on sibility to make sure no delay on the project.if Party B refuses to cha nge the materials, Party A has the right to ter

21、mi nate the con tract and asks for loss from Party B.11.3 Any material,equipment which is bought by the Party A, if not agree with the quality request or specificati on contain differe nce,should forbid any usage.the Party A should rebuy the equipment and bear the responsibility to make sure no dela

22、y on the project.12. Warra nty12.1. Warra nty scope: as state in the con tract.12.2. Warranty period: 1 year after the qualified completion.12.3During the warranty period, Party B shall fix within 2 days after receiving the no tice from Party A. 23、a timely manner. Party A has the right to hire a third Party to do the repair, and any costs incurred shall be burde ned by Party B.12.4. 27、3.1 .In the eve nt of Party A fails to make payme nt accord ing to the payme nt terms, Party A should pay a late fee to Party B; Daily rate of the late fee is % of the pay men t. If the delay of the payme nt is caused by Party A and is delayed for more than _ days, the n Party B can term in ate this

28、 con tract.13.2 In the eve nt of Party B fails to complete the project accordi ng to the con structi on period in the con tract, Party B shall pay% of the totalcon tract amount for each day overdue as pen alty for the breach. Party B should make salary/wages payme nt to all con struct ion staffs in time on a m onthly basis, and will be fully responsible for any liabilities caused by any loss or damage

31、to Party A as a result of Party B's failure to pay salaries and wages according to the requir eme nts.
