14、化物氧化物當心爆炸當心爆炸爆炸性物質爆炸性物質Neutral PackingDefinition: 指在商品的內外包裝上，既不標明生產國別、地名和廠商，也不標明商標或牌號等有可能識別商品來源的內容。即在出口商品包裝的內外，都沒有原產地和出口廠商的標記。Types: 1）Neutral Packing with Designated Brand 定牌中性包裝。指包裝上僅有買方指定的商標或品牌，但無生產地名和出口廠商的名稱。 2）Neutral Packing without Designated Brand 無牌中性包裝。指包裝上既無生產地名和廠商名稱，又無商標、品牌，必須經過買方重新包裝再銷往

15、最終的銷售市場。Purpose: Purpose: 有助于避開進口國或地區(qū)的配額限制、關稅壁壘和非關稅壁壘等方面的一些歧視性、限制性乃至敵對性的貿易政策和報以保護措施，從而擴大進口。尤其對那些暫無直接外交關系、正在處于交戰(zhàn)中或處于對方經濟制裁中的國家或地區(qū)，中性包裝稱為他們互相出口商品的一種必要手段。通常的做法：貨物中性包裝后出口至第三國，重新包裝和整理后，再出口到對方國家。In China在我國銷售商品不得使用中性包裝，包裝中未使用中文標明商品名稱、生產者和產地的，被視為偽劣產品。我國出口出口商品也接受中性包裝接受中性包裝：1. 無牌中性包裝無國別、無產地、無廠名、無商標、無牌號、無中文字樣

16、、無特定代號包裝內不附帶說明書、合格證、設備清單等中文資料不使用印有中文的書報、布料等作為包裝填充材料2. 定牌中性包裝對于對方提供的圖案文字內容進行審查、不得反動。如使用買方所指定的商標、牌號，則須在合同中明確規(guī)定，若日后因此發(fā)生工業(yè)產權糾紛或出現(xiàn)侵權行為，由買方承擔一切責任和費用，與賣方無關。Commodity InspectionWhy?
