Supplier Quality Base Requirements:供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量基本要求:(From Gen
2、eral Terms and Conditions Seller agrees to participate in Buyers supplier quality and development program(s and to comply with all quality requirements and procedures specified by Buyer, as revised from time to time, including those applicable to Seller as set forth in Quality System Requirements QS
3、-9000. In addition, Buyer shall have the right to enter Sellers facility at reasonable times to inspect the facility, goods, materials and any property of Buyer covered by this contract. Buyers inspection of the goods, whether during manufacture, prior to delivery or within a reasonable time after d

All suppliers should migrate to ISO/TS 16949 at the expiration of their current QS9000 certificate but before De

Supplier shall implement error proofing techniques to ensure that mistakes are detected and corrected before becoming a defect (i.e. make it impossible to produce defective items even if an error occurs. The supplier must error proof to a level where it is no

Traceability scheme ma

30、ency of once per shift. Non-conformities shall be addressed immediately and corrective action shall be documented. Audit plan shall include multiple levels of management. All non-conforming material must be segregated and identified. GP12 and shall be implemented during launch. Upon request of GM additiona
32、l levels of proactive containment may be required. GQTS (Global Quality Tracking System monitors performance data for PPM, PRRs,
34、Controlled Shipping Level I and II, Major Assembly Plant Disruptions, and QS-9000, -供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量、項目經(jīng)理必備手冊SGMISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 Certifications. 53、SGM要求供應(yīng)商按照GM1927 Global APQP(2002.10第二版和AIAG APQP的要求,對所有新開發(fā)零件進行先期質(zhì)量策劃活動。對EWO零件和其他需要進行PPAP的零件,參照執(zhí)行適用的部分(具體要求與SQE確定。2.按GM TS16949顧客特殊要求,APQP記錄應(yīng)保存至產(chǎn)品(或產(chǎn)品組供貨期間加一個日歷年,除非SGM書面同意放棄。3.按TS16949要求,供應(yīng)商應(yīng)對二級供應(yīng)商按照ISO9000:2000進行質(zhì)量體系開發(fā)工作。對二級供應(yīng)商的零件應(yīng)進行APQP和PPAP、GP9、GP12等活動。對模塊化供貨或系統(tǒng)供貨的供應(yīng)商,要求其對適用的二級供應(yīng)商根據(jù)GM Global APQP
54、(GM1927和AIAG APQP進行產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的先期策劃。4.供應(yīng)商必須按GM Global APQP進行要求的4次可行性承諾和項目評審,完成規(guī)定的17項任務(wù)。問題清單和項目進度表應(yīng)保持動態(tài)更新,與項目狀態(tài)一致。其中啟動會議要求見附件一。5.FE、OTS、Prototype等樣件的提交,需按SGM有關(guān)規(guī)定嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行(如保證書、零件偏差標(biāo)注、試驗記錄、全尺寸報告、能力分析、工裝要求等。6.試驗項目必須由GP10認(rèn)可的試驗室進行。7.檢具必須按SGM的要求(如GM1925完成,并按規(guī)定的時間節(jié)點,由SGM的檢具工程師進行檢具概念認(rèn)可、設(shè)計認(rèn)可和制造認(rèn)可。8.制造流程圖與過程一致并且包括所有接收、存儲
55、、生產(chǎn)、檢驗、返工、包裝和標(biāo)簽作業(yè)以及發(fā)運。流程圖與PFMEA、控制計劃一致??刂朴媱澩晟啤⒂行?。9.APQP過程中對任何可能影響項目進度或產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的問題,都必須在問題清單中記錄,及時通知SQE,并積極跟蹤解決。10.在項目開發(fā)初期、SGM生產(chǎn)啟動前等項目過程中,SGM將對供應(yīng)商進行風(fēng)險評估,并對高風(fēng)險的供應(yīng)商采取額外的控制措施(如專門的質(zhì)量閥會議。11.在SGM生產(chǎn)啟動前,SGM要求各有關(guān)供應(yīng)商參加SGM召集的生產(chǎn)啟動會議(Launchmeeting。三、 F E 要求1、 一般規(guī)定1.1 零件符合最新工程更改狀態(tài)。1.2 使用工程批準(zhǔn)的材料。1.3 檢具定位基準(zhǔn)的位置及尺寸必須符合圖紙要求
56、。1.4 供應(yīng)商必須完成測量計劃。測量計劃必須包括KPC/PMP及產(chǎn)品特性和工藝要求必須測量控制的點。測量計劃必須在檢具設(shè)計前經(jīng)PE,SQE,ME會簽認(rèn)可。1.5 檢具必須在FE2前完成,保證滿足零件測量要求; 用于FE3零件測量的檢具必須經(jīng)SGM檢具工程師設(shè)計認(rèn)可和制造認(rèn)可,通過重復(fù)性再現(xiàn)性測試(Gage R&R。1.6 所有零件測量都必須在生產(chǎn)控制檢具上完成。1.7 零件在檢具上自由狀態(tài)與基準(zhǔn)面間隙應(yīng)符合下列要求:z材料厚度<1mm時, 自由狀態(tài)間隙<=2mm /或能用手指輕輕按下接觸定位基準(zhǔn),同時其余基準(zhǔn)不許脫離。z材料厚度>=1mm時, 自由狀態(tài)間隙<=
57、1mm /或能用手指輕輕按下接觸定位基準(zhǔn),同時其余基準(zhǔn)不許脫離。1.8 白車身鈑金件: SGM-供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量、項目經(jīng)理必備手冊厚度>=1.0mm零件測量計劃控制點測量值必須符合圖紙公差要求,此要求也適用于所有前燈支架,后燈支架,門蓋零件;厚度<1.0mm零件測量計劃控制點測量值均值必須在圖紙公差范圍內(nèi) (前燈支架,后燈支架,門蓋除外 。2、交樣數(shù)量:2.1 除另作說明外,FE1、FE2為3臺套,FE3為5臺套。2.2 交樣零件應(yīng)根據(jù)測量計劃測得的數(shù)據(jù),從中選擇偏差均方根值接近平均值的3個零件,其中1個需按第4條說明劃線標(biāo)記,另外2個標(biāo)出零件號和序列號。2.3 供應(yīng)商必須保留5套同一批次零件以備用。FE2零件保留至FE3,FE3零件保留至PPAP。2.4 為跟蹤確認(rèn)零件改進情況,FE3以后需重新交樣的零件數(shù)量根據(jù)實際情況而定。如果零件有修改要求,交樣要求與FE3交樣要求一致。3、零件特別要求以下要求同時適用于所有白車身零件和有匹配要求的重要內(nèi)、外飾件
