1、我們在實驗中常常用到USP作為檢驗依據(jù),其中有一些關(guān)于色譜柱的要求 現(xiàn)將其中個色譜柱要求羅列 如有不恰當(dāng)?shù)?請大家指正L1和L8是美國藥典(USP)規(guī)定的色譜柱編號,其實就是C18柱和NH2柱。下面是對應(yīng)的色譜柱類型。L1:十八烷基鍵合多孔硅膠或無機(jī)氧化物微粒固定相, 簡稱C18或ODSL2:3050um表面多孔薄殼型鍵合C18(ODS)固定相L3:多孔硅膠微粒 即一般的硅膠柱L4:3050um表面多孔薄殼型硅膠L5:3050um表面多孔薄殼型氧化鋁L6:3050um實心微球表面包覆磺化碳氟聚合物強(qiáng)陽離子交換固定相 L7:全多孔硅膠微粒鍵合C8官能團(tuán)固定相 簡稱C8柱L8:全多孔硅膠微粒鍵合非
