1、遼寧沿海經濟帶論文：遼寧沿海經濟帶區(qū)域產業(yè)結構優(yōu)化研究【中文摘要】區(qū)域經濟的發(fā)展必然伴隨著產業(yè)結構的不斷優(yōu)化,作為國家戰(zhàn)略區(qū)域的遼寧沿海經濟帶,要通過區(qū)域產業(yè)結構優(yōu)化這一必要途徑實現(xiàn)經濟騰飛,以輻射和帶動全省以及整個東北腹地的經濟發(fā)展。本文在分析遼寧沿海經濟帶產業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,運用產業(yè)結構優(yōu)化值的數(shù)學評價方法,探討了遼寧沿海經濟帶區(qū)域產業(yè)結構中存在的問題,提出了遼寧沿海經濟帶區(qū)域產業(yè)結構優(yōu)化的對策。論文主要包括以下幾個部分:第一部分是引言部分。提出了本文的及意義,系統(tǒng)梳理了有關區(qū)域產業(yè)結構的國內外研究成果,明確了本文的研究方法和框架。第二部分是區(qū)域產業(yè)結構優(yōu)化的基礎理論部分。首先對區(qū)域產業(yè)結構

2、的相關概念進行了闡述,然后將區(qū)域經濟學和經濟地理學相結合作為本文進行區(qū)域產業(yè)結構優(yōu)化研究的理論基礎。第三部分是產業(yè)現(xiàn)狀分析。分別從區(qū)域的總體概況、區(qū)域內部差異以及三次產業(yè)這三個尺度,運用相關統(tǒng)計數(shù)據,分析了遼寧沿海經濟帶的產業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,初步概括出各市和各產業(yè)的總體特征。第四部分是產業(yè)結構評價。運用灰關聯(lián)度求算產業(yè)結構優(yōu)化評價值的數(shù)學方法,對遼寧沿海經濟帶十年來的三次產業(yè)產值數(shù)據進行運算。發(fā)現(xiàn)了遼寧沿海經濟帶的產業(yè)結構優(yōu)化值是在波動中提升的,目前處于“二、三、一”的產業(yè)結構模式,第二產業(yè)尤其是工業(yè)對于區(qū)域產業(yè)結構的影響最為明顯。2005年以來,遼寧沿海經濟帶區(qū)域產業(yè)結構優(yōu)化發(fā)展趨勢良好。第五部分是優(yōu)

3、化對策。通過前面的分析和評價,挖掘出遼寧沿海經濟帶產業(yè)結構中存在的深層次問題,從三次產業(yè)和區(qū)域協(xié)調發(fā)展的角度為遼寧沿海經濟帶的產業(yè)結構優(yōu)化提出了解決方案和發(fā)展思路。第六部分是總結。對本文的研究過程和結果進行了概括,研究中,在理論和方法上進行的積極探索,將對遼寧沿海經濟帶區(qū)域產業(yè)結構的優(yōu)化產生積極影響,也將有益于以后對同類區(qū)域相關研究?！居⑽恼縏he development of regional economy is accompanied by constant optimization of the industrial structure. This thesis was based on the analysis of the industrial situ

5、ation in Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone, used the mathematical evaluation method of the industrial structure optimization, discussed the problem which exist in the regional industrial structure, proposed the optimization strategies of regional industrial structure in Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone.

6、And this thesis includes the following sections:The first part is the introduction. Presenting the study background and significance of this thesis, sorting out the relevantly domestic and foreign research results of regional industrial structure, and defining the method and framework of this thesis

7、.The second part is the basic theory part of regional industrial structure optimization. First, describing the concepts of regional industrial structure, and then combined regional economics and economic geography as the theoretical basis for the regional industrial structure optimization.The third

8、part is the analysis of the industry status. From general overview of the region, differences in the region and the three industries, this paper analysed the industrial present situation of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone. Summarized the characteristics of various cities and industries by analysing r

9、elevant statistics.The fourth part is the optimization of industry structure. Using gray correlation, this paper calculated the mathematical methods for evaluating the value of industrial structure optimization to calculate the last decade output data of the three industry in Liaonings coastal econo

10、mic zone. And we found the optimized value of the industrial structure in Liaonings coastal economic zone is elevated with the fluctuations; the industrial structure is currently in “two, three, one” model; and the second industry, especially the industry has the most obvious impact on the regional

11、industrial structure. Since 2005, the development trend of the regional industrial structure optimization in Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone is good.The fifth part is the optimizing countermeasures. Through the front analysis and evaluation, we have found out deep-seeded problems of industrial struct

12、ure in Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone; and from the coordinated development perspective of the three industries and region, we proposed the related solutions and development ideas for Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone. The sixth part is conclusion. I summarized the process and the results of the resear

13、ch. This resaarch made progress in the theoretical and methodological. It will have a positive impact on optimization of regional industrial structure in Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone.
