If the delay or default of salary takes place,the Employer shall pay the economic compensation exce

5、pt the salaryitself in accorda nee with the releva nt laws and regulati ons.4.Worki ng Hours & Rest & Vocatio na. The no rmal worki ng hours of the Employee shallbe eight hours each day, exclud ing meals and rest for an average offive days per week, for an average of forty hours per week.b.

6、The Employee is en titled to all legal holidaysand other paid leaves of absenee in accordanee with the laws andregulations of the PRC and the companys work rules.c. The Employer mayextend working hours due to therequireme nts of itsproducti on or bus in ess after con sultati onwith thetrade union an

7、d the Employee ,but the extended working hour for a dayshall gen erally not exceed one hour; If such extension is called for due5 / 18to special reasons, the extended hours shall not exceed three hours aday. However, the total exte nsion in a mon th shall not exceedthirty-six hours.5.Social Security

8、 & Welfarea. The Employer will pay for all man datory socialsecurity programs such pension in sura nee,un employme ntin sura nee, medical in sura nee of the Employee accord ing to thereleva nt gover nment and city regulati ons.b.During the period of the Con tract, the Employee swelfare shall be

9、impleme nted accorda nee withthe laws and releva nt regulati ons of P.R.C.6.Worki ng Protecti on & Work ing Con diti onsa. The Employer should provide the Employee withoccupati onal safety and health con diti ons conforming tothe provisionsof the State and necessary articles of laborprotection t

10、o guarantee the safety and health during the worki ngprocess.b. The Employer should provide the Employee with safetyeducati on and tech nique training; The Employee to be engaged inspecialized operationsshould receivespecialized training and acquire qualifications for such special operations.c. The

11、Employee should strictly abide by the rulesof safe operati on in the process of their work.7.Labour Discipli nea.The Employer may draft bylaws and labour disciplinesof the Company, According to which, theEmployer shall have the right to give rewards or take discipli nary actions to the Employee;b.Th

12、e Employee shall comply with the man ageme nt directi ons7 / 18of the Employer and obey the bylaws and labour disciplines of theEmployer.c. The Employee shall un dertake the obligatio n to keep andnot to disclose the trade secret for the Employer duri ng the period ofthis Con tract; This obligatio n

13、 of con fide ntiality shall survive the termin ati onof thisCon tract for a period of two (2) years.8.Term in atio n, Modificati on, Renew and Dischargeof the Con tracta. The releva nt clauses of the Con tract may bemodified by the parties:i.The specific clause is required to be modified by theparti

14、es throughcon sultati on;ii.Due to the force majeure, the Con tract can not beexecuted;iii. The releva nt laws and regulati ons have bee nmodified or abolished by the time of sig ning the Con tract.b. The Con tract may be automatically termi nated:i)This Con tract is not ren ewed at the expiratio no

15、f this Con tract;ii)The Employer is legally announced to be ban kruptcy,dismissed, or can celed;iii) The death of the Employee occurs;iv) The force majeure takes place;v) The con diti ons of term in ati onagreed in theCon tract by the parties arise.c. The Con tract may be ren ewed at the expirati on

16、9 / 18through consultation by the parties with the fulfillmentof the procedure with in 15 days to the expirati on;d.The Con tract may be discharged through consultationby the parties;e. The Con tract may be discharged by the Employerwith immediate effect and the Employee will not be compe nsated:i. The Employee does not meet the job requirements duringthe probationaryperiod;ii.The Employee seriously violates discipli nesorbylaws of the Employer;i
