1、.Lesson 11 What are you doing? 唐宋或更早之前,針對“經(jīng)學(xué)“律學(xué)“算學(xué)和“書學(xué)各科目,其相應(yīng)傳授者稱為“博士,這與當(dāng)今“博士含義已經(jīng)相去甚遠(yuǎn)。而對那些特別講授“武事或講解“經(jīng)籍者,又稱“講師。“教授和“助教均原為學(xué)官稱謂。前者始于宋,乃“宗學(xué)“律學(xué)“醫(yī)學(xué)“武學(xué)等科目的講授者;而后者那么于西晉武帝時代即已設(shè)立了,主要協(xié)助國子、博士培養(yǎng)生徒?!爸淘诠糯粌H要作入流的學(xué)問,其教書育人的職責(zé)也十清楚晰。唐代國子學(xué)、太學(xué)等所設(shè)之“助教一席,也是當(dāng)朝打眼的學(xué)官。至明清兩代,只設(shè)國子監(jiān)國子學(xué)一科的“助教,其身價不謂顯赫,也稱得上朝廷要員。至此,無論是“博士“講師,還是“教授“

2、助教,其今日老師應(yīng)具有的根本概念都具有了。 第一課時要練說,先練膽。說話膽小是幼兒語言開展的障礙。不少幼兒當(dāng)眾說話時顯得害怕:有的結(jié)巴重復(fù),面紅耳赤;有的聲音極低,自講自聽;有的低頭不語,扯衣服,扭身子??傊?,說話時外部表現(xiàn)不自然。我抓住練膽這個關(guān)鍵,面向全體,偏向差生。一是和幼兒建立和諧的語言交流關(guān)系。每當(dāng)和幼兒講話時,我總是笑臉相迎,聲音親切,動作親昵,消除幼兒畏懼心理,讓他能主動的、無拘無束地和我交談。二是注重培養(yǎng)幼兒敢于當(dāng)眾說話的習(xí)慣?;蛟谡n堂教學(xué)中,改變過去老師講學(xué)生聽的傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)形式,取消了先舉手后發(fā)言的約束,多采取自由討論和談話的形式,給每個幼兒較多的當(dāng)眾說話的時機(jī),培養(yǎng)幼兒愛說

3、話敢說話的興趣,對一些說話有困難的幼兒,我總是認(rèn)真地耐心地聽,熱情地幫助和鼓勵他把話說完、說好,增強(qiáng)其說話的勇氣和把話說好的信心。三是要提明確的說話要求,在說話訓(xùn)練中不斷進(jìn)步,我要求每個幼兒在說話時要儀態(tài)大方,口齒清楚,聲音響亮,學(xué)會用眼神。對說得好的幼兒,即使是某一方面,我都抓住教育,提出表揚(yáng),并要其他幼兒模擬。長期堅(jiān)持,不斷訓(xùn)練,幼兒說話膽量也在不斷進(jìn)步。 Teaching material analysis:教材分析“教書先生恐怕是市井百姓最為熟悉的一種稱呼,從最初的門館、私塾到晚清的學(xué)堂,“教書先生那一行當(dāng)怎么說也算是讓國人景仰甚或敬畏的一種社會職業(yè)。只是更早的“先生概念并非源于教書,

4、最初出現(xiàn)的“先生一詞也并非有傳授知識那般的含義。?孟子?中的“先生何為出此言也?;?論語?中的“有酒食,先生饌;?國策?中的“先生坐,何至于此?等等,均指“先生為父兄或有學(xué)問、有德行的長輩。其實(shí)?國策?中本身就有“先生長者,有德之稱的說法??梢姟跋壬夥钦嬲摹袄蠋熤猓故桥c當(dāng)今“先生的稱呼更接近??磥恚跋壬春x在于禮貌和尊稱,并非具學(xué)問者的專稱。稱“老師為“先生的記載,首見于?禮記?曲禮?,有“從于先生,不越禮而與人言,其中之“先生意為“年長、資深之傳授知識者,與老師、老師之意根本一致。1.
