12、 of e_ialet adusngs*met fgu. a nd l （一）居民住宅：從供電線路（或變電站、開閉站的電纜接頭）至居 民表計以上的所有供配電設(shè)施。（二）公建設(shè)施：從供電線路至計量點以上的所有供配電設(shè)施。（三）送電工程費包括以上兩條供配電設(shè)施的前期、 設(shè)計、材料和設(shè) 備購置、安裝、調(diào)試等費用。（四）乙方在施工過程的安全由乙方負責。第三條：合同金額及付款方式經(jīng)雙方商議，合同總金額為人民幣 XXX元,大寫肆佰陸拾陸萬元整。（甲方前期購買的變壓器等裝置費用 150萬元，施工建設(shè)完工后資產(chǎn)無 償移交給供電部門。）甲方先交伍拾萬元做為前期費用。如甲方交款逾期則工程送電日期順延。第四條：規(guī)劃

13、、設(shè)計變更的約定及違約責任合同簽訂后，如有任何變更，甲方應(yīng)在有關(guān)部門批準同意之日起3日內(nèi)，書面通知乙方，如乙方已開始設(shè)備材料采購，則本合同價款不變， 如乙方還未開始進行設(shè)備材料采購，則按照變更后的工程量重新商定合同 金額。第五條：質(zhì)量保證（一）乙方應(yīng)保證所建設(shè)的配套電力設(shè)施建設(shè)符合國家相關(guān)標準和規(guī)定。（二）甲方應(yīng)保證按照乙方審定的設(shè)計圖紙向乙方提供配電設(shè)施用房 及線路通道，并能滿足國家標準及規(guī)范，同時符合電力部門安全運行要求。 meai ng（4 " ca t he yos；（5 s the ci d w. wr ds （BA B a. 17、和要求完成以下工作：（一）提供施工條件：甲方負責配合乙方進行配電施工。 辦理施工所 需各種證件、批件和臨時用地；向乙方提供本工程征地范圍地形圖及施工 場地的工程地質(zhì)和地下管網(wǎng)線路資料， 保證數(shù)據(jù)真實準確；協(xié)助解決甲方 紅線內(nèi)對乙方施工有干擾的外部條件。施工場地具備施工條件的要求及完 成的時間：開工前使施工現(xiàn)場具備施工條件，開工后繼續(xù)協(xié)調(diào)遺留問題。（二）提供場地條件：負責辦理紅線內(nèi)青苗、樹木賠償，負責協(xié)調(diào)處 理地下管線和臨近建筑物、構(gòu)筑物（含文物保護建筑）、古樹名木的保護 工作。負責房屋拆遷，清除地面、地下、架空、水上和水下障礙物等工作。（三）提供水電及交通條件：負責開通公共通道與施工場地間的道

18、路， 滿足施工運輸?shù)男枰Ｘ撠熢陂_工前將紅線內(nèi)施工所需的水、 電接至施工 場地，滿足供應(yīng)需要。（四）提供技術(shù)資料：向乙方提供工程地質(zhì)報告以及水準點、 坐標控 制點等技術(shù)資料，并組織進行設(shè)計交底及現(xiàn)場校驗。甲方對其提供的上述 資料的真實性負責。（五）對已完工紅線內(nèi)的電力管線，甲方應(yīng)協(xié)調(diào)其他施工單位注意保 護，如有損壞，甲方負責協(xié)調(diào)處理。（六）提供開放式、無遮攔的居民及底商的電表箱安放位置， 方便居 民及底商客戶使用。甲方不按合同約定完成以上工作造成工程延誤， 承擔由此造成的經(jīng)濟 支出及各項損失。第七條：乙方應(yīng)按約定的時間和要求完成以下工作： meaing（4 " ca t he yos

22、d descibed se. . ce fomoveal Shagd.emie .of . - let adus ngsemet fgu. a nd l ana（一）確保工程進度與質(zhì)量：按設(shè)計圖紙、技術(shù)標準及相關(guān)規(guī)范要求 進行施工，建立健全施工質(zhì)量保證體系。（二）乙方在甲方紅線內(nèi)施工，需接受甲方的調(diào)度安排，如因此引起 工程延誤，則工期順延；甲方提供紅線內(nèi)其他管線圖，乙方注意對沿線已 完工程進行保護，如有損壞，應(yīng)及時修復(fù)或賠償相關(guān)費用。（三）遵守國家的法律、法規(guī)。第八條：工程延期對以下造成竣工日期推遲的延誤，工期應(yīng)相應(yīng)順延。（一）工程量變化和設(shè)計變更。（二）一周內(nèi)，非乙方原因停水、停電、停氣造成

23、停工累計超過8小時。（三）不可抗力。（四）自甲方項目資料齊全遞交規(guī)劃部門之日起，建設(shè)工程規(guī)劃許可 手續(xù)未在二個月內(nèi)辦理完畢。（五）約定或甲方代表同意順延的其它情況。第九條：送電日期甲方交納全部付款后，組織人員施工送電。第十條：協(xié)議期限協(xié)議期限自雙方簽字蓋章之日起，至合同履行完畢為止。第十一條：違約甲方不按約定履行自己的各項義務(wù)、支付款項及發(fā)生其它使合同無法 履行的行為，應(yīng)承擔違約責任（包括支付因其違約導(dǎo)致乙方增加的經(jīng)濟支 meaing(4 " ca t he yos；(5 s the ci d w. wr ds (BA B a.
