10、養(yǎng)學生的創(chuàng)新精神和實踐能力。2、注重考察體現(xiàn)素質教育課堂教學特征的基本要素課堂教學是一個準備 實施 目標達成的完整過程，是一個復雜多變的系統(tǒng)，要全面反映這個過程，需要羅列相當多的因素。確定課堂教學評價指標體系，既要著眼于課堂教學的全過程，又不能面面俱到，要突出體現(xiàn)素質教育課堂教學不可缺少的基本要素，以利于在評價中進行有針對性的診斷和正確的導向。3、堅持評教與評學相結合，側重評學課堂教學是教師組織和引導學生進行有效學習的過程，是師生互動、生生互動共同實現(xiàn)具體發(fā)展目標的過程。 “評教” ，建立促進教師不斷提高的評價體系，這樣才有利于大面積提高教學質量。 “評學” ，建立評價學生的學習狀態(tài)和學習效果

11、的評價體系，以具體評價一堂課的教學效果。課堂教學評價要以“評學”為重點，堅持“評教”與“評學”相結合，以此來促進教師轉變觀念、改進教學。4、體現(xiàn)開放性課堂教學具有豐富的內涵，學科、學生、教師、教學條件諸方面的不同，使課堂教學情況千變萬化。確定課堂教學評價指標體系，既要體現(xiàn)課堂教學的一般特征，又要為不同學科和不同條件的課堂教學留有可變通的余地。提倡創(chuàng)新，鼓勵特色教學。5、堅持可行性可行性是實施評價的前提。課堂教學評價指標體系要符合當前課堂教學改革的實際，評價標準是期待實現(xiàn)的目標，但又必須是目前條件下能夠達到的，以利于發(fā)揮評價的激勵功能；評價要點必須是可觀察、可感受、可測量的，便于評價者進行判斷；
