The unit includes warmin

2、g up, listening, speaking, reading, language study, integrating skills and writing. Listening and speaking skills are belong to this period. In the speaking and language study parts, students can learn how to express his or her hobbies including now and the past. Its essential for students in the le

3、arning of English. So I will try my best to help students practice, and I will deal with reading skill next period.2. Teaching aimsKnowledge aims1. Get students to learn and master the new words, phrases and sentences. For example, collection, coin, hate, pop music, be interested in, be fond of , us

4、ed to do and so on. 2. Use be interested in, love, enjoy, prefer, be fond of, like to express likes and dislikes:Ability aims1. Improve students speaking ability and listening ability;2. So I should make the class lively and design a few activities to help them understand the dialogue and c

7、an retell it quickly. They also eager to know something about others. In this part, I will give the chance to them to know others opinions. In this case, they will be interested in the class.Part 3.The analysis of teaching methods, and teaching aids1. Teaching methods As we all know: the main instru

8、ctional aims of learning English in the Middle School is to cultivate students abilities of listening, speaking, reading, writing and their good sense of the English language. So in this lesson Ill mainly use “Communicative” teaching method, “Audio-visual” teaching method and “Task-based” teaching m

9、ethod and “Classified” teaching method. Task-based learning is the main method. It can help students remember the knowledge easily. That is to say, Ill let the students get a better understanding of the key structures. Ill give the students some tasks and arrange some kinds of activities, like talki

10、ng, watching CAI, and reading in roles.2. Teaching aids In this period, I will use power point and stamp collections to make the students be interested in the class, and help students master the new knowledge.Part 4.  Learning strategies1. Teach Ss how to be successful language learners.2.
