20、給蓋章。我說你說是被盜，人家肯定不會(huì)給你蓋章的。不過我覺得godaddy要能承認(rèn)，必須得有兩個(gè)要素，一個(gè)要素是要新網(wǎng)證明你是最初的注冊人，一個(gè)要素是說被轉(zhuǎn)出是沒有經(jīng)過授權(quán)的。 我說要新網(wǎng)蓋英文的章或雙語的章，人家才能承認(rèn)，考慮到新網(wǎng)可能沒有這樣的章，我說要在簽名蓋章處用英文寫上“新網(wǎng)蓋章處”字樣。沒想到新網(wǎng)在中文證明上蓋了章，說什么也不肯在英文證明上蓋章，說是怕有歧義。最后實(shí)在沒辦法，只好拿著新網(wǎng)的證明，讓翻譯公司去翻譯，然后蓋上了翻譯公司的章。張玉見新網(wǎng)不配合，要去域名仲裁機(jī)構(gòu)去仲裁，但域名仲裁的錢也是一筆不小的數(shù)目。大概是1000美元 ，且不算律師費(fèi)等其它費(fèi)用。我說，先聯(lián)系godaddy部門吧。如果新網(wǎng)實(shí)在不給蓋章，只證明是在他們那注冊的也行，然后要想詳細(xì)都有哪些證據(jù)證明是你的，比如什么時(shí)候續(xù)費(fèi)了
