13、A have requirements to all tests listed in the attachment. MEP only has requirements to emission and pass-by noise regulation. BEP only has requirements to emission regulation.115. Component CCC Certification CNCA requires the following components should pass CCC certification: Tire, Safety Belt, Gl

14、ass, Fuel Tank, Horn, Lamps, Reflector, Seat, Lock and Hinge, Interior trim parts, Brake hose, Outside and Inside mirrors. After getting CCC certificates, these parts should have CCC Marks on them. The Marks can either be labels bought from CNCA or be carved/molded on the parts by suppliers. The pro

15、cess of Component CCC certification is testing + plant audit of suppliers plants.126. Permanent Marking of Emission Parts MEP requires that some important emission parts (Catalyst, Carbon Canister, Oxygen Sensor, Muffler, ECU, Turbo Charger, PCV, EGR, Engine ) must have permanent marking of supplier

16、s names and part numbers. The permanent marking can either be a label which cant be detached unbroken, or be carved/molded on the parts. Regarding Catalyst, Oxygen Sensor and Muffler, the temperature of environment in which they work is too high to have a label on them. The information is required t

17、o be carved or molded. Except for the assembly suppliers name and part number, the substrate and coating supplier names should be on the Catalyst137. Vehicle Registration Local Vehicle Registration Bureau focuses on checking of the first new vehicle coming to that bureau for registration. The police

18、men in the bureau compare the vehicle and documents in it with the legal files: MIIT Bulletin, CCC Certificate, MEP Catalogue, BEP Catalogue (Beijing Area only). If there is nothing wrong with the first new vehicle, they will input the first 8 digits of VIN (example: 2FMDK3JC*)and Vehicle Model Name

19、 (example: Edge2.0 SEL) into computer. The first new vehicle can get its license plate. After that, the vehicles with the same first 8 digits of VIN and same Vehicle Model Name can get the license plate without checking. 148. Re-homologation If there is something changed with the product, that may l

20、ead to re-homologation. Please notify the homologation engineer of the change as early as possible.159. Engineers responsibility1. Understand what regulatory requirement are applicable to their parts or systems or vehicle functions. Make sure these requirements included in ESOW and DVP.2. Push suppl

21、iers to conduct component CCC certification. Make sure these requirements included in ESOW.3. Push suppliers to embody permanent marking on the emission parts. Make sure these requirements included in ESOW.4. In order to comply with the requirements above, the engineers need to develop a Compliance

22、Demonstration Plan (CDP for short). CDP should demonstrate how these requirements are planned to be fulfilled. CDP should be uploaded into one SharePoint.5. After the engineers validate these requirements have been fulfilled via some validation tests, Compliance Demonstration Report (CDR for short)

23、should be developed as well. The CDR should be uploaded into one SharePoint.6.
