3、rnational donation agencies should view internationalaid from a global perspective is that their funds canhelp the citizens of thoserecipient countries to combat poverty, disease and inequality. We should firstcan work as international volunteersrecognize that citizens of developing countries are in

4、 desperate need of aid, because they are susceptible to natural or man-made disasters such as wars. In those war-torn or poverty-stricken countries, where resources are scanty, there is a high demand for food, medicine tents and shelters. In addition, humanitarian action can restore some of their ba

5、sic rights , such as the right to receive education . This is also consistent with the universal principle of supporting vulnerable populations . Those who cannot provide financial supportand deliver services , such as training andmedical service , to those needy people.Despite the heightened import

6、ance of international aid, people have discoveredthat it is not likely to ensure the impartial and equitable distribution of the aid.Local authorities or not-for-profit organizations can be compassionate and altruistic but they may also use resources to satisfy their personal interests.Since it is d

7、ifficult for donors to investigate whether their funds are'living standards. In view ofmishandled, they are willing to choose beneficiaries locally. They are willing tosteps towitness how their donation improves beneficiaries this fact, humanitarian agencies and charity organizations should take

For example, China specializes in the production ofproducts so China-made textile products are cheaper than local counterpartsin many p

12、arts of the world. Besides, imported goods have challenged domesticmanufactures ,dominance and intensified competition, thereby loweringprices. It is beneficial to domestic customers, because the cost of living willdecline. It is worth noting that food products imported from overseas canalleviate th

13、e food shortage caused by abnormal weather. This advantage ismore pronounced in cold regions than intemperate regions.On the other hand, the downside of importing goods is that the excessivereliance on imports is likely to lead to the underdevelopment of some domesticly havelity andtextileproductind

14、ustries. For instance, many countries import computers, resulting indomestic manufactures ' bankruptcy. This is detrimental to the development ofa self-contained economy. In addition, transportation may create considerablepollution, especially when it involves air freight.It is therefore reasona

Although customers are able tothatacquire commodities at lower cost, countries also need to pay attention to the development of their respective industries.Some people think cheap air travel brings us benefits
