8、(地區(qū));運(yùn)抵國(地區(qū))指出口貨物離開我國關(guān)境直接運(yùn)抵的國家。無實(shí)際進(jìn)出境的,本欄目填報(bào)中國。請(qǐng)按海關(guān)規(guī)定的國別(地區(qū))代碼表選擇填報(bào)相應(yīng)的起運(yùn)/運(yùn)抵國(地區(qū))的中文名稱。*10. 裝貨/指運(yùn)港:裝貨港指進(jìn)口物品在運(yùn)抵我國關(guān)境前的最后一個(gè)境外裝運(yùn)港;指運(yùn)港指出口物品運(yùn)往境外的最終目的港。無實(shí)際進(jìn)出境的,本欄目填報(bào)“中國境內(nèi)”。請(qǐng)按海關(guān)規(guī)定的港口航線代碼表選擇填報(bào)相應(yīng)的港口中文名稱。*11. 運(yùn)輸方式:水路運(yùn)輸;鐵路運(yùn)輸;公路運(yùn)輸;航空運(yùn)輸; 郵件運(yùn)輸; 其它運(yùn)輸(須注明具體方式)。注:非郵件運(yùn)輸方式進(jìn)出口的快遞物品,按實(shí)際運(yùn)輸方式填報(bào),如航空運(yùn)輸;進(jìn)出境旅客隨身攜帶的公用物品、免稅店購買的物品

11、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)集裝箱數(shù)量(散貨填報(bào)為“0”,1個(gè)20英尺集裝箱填報(bào)為“1”,1個(gè)40英尺集裝箱填報(bào)為“2”,以此類推)。 22. 內(nèi)包裝件數(shù):內(nèi)包裝箱(如紙板箱)件數(shù)。23. 受托方名稱及海關(guān)代碼(身份證件號(hào)碼):委托代理公司申請(qǐng)的填報(bào)代理公司名稱及海關(guān)代碼;委托他人申請(qǐng)的填報(bào)受托人姓名和身份證件號(hào)碼。以下內(nèi)容按裝箱清單、發(fā)票填寫(帶*項(xiàng)目必須填寫):24. 項(xiàng)號(hào):物品序列號(hào)。*25. 物品稅號(hào):自用物品按入境旅客行李物品和個(gè)人郵遞物品進(jìn)口稅稅則歸類表歸類填寫。公用物品按中華人民共和國海關(guān)進(jìn)出口稅則8位稅號(hào)填報(bào)。*26. 物品名稱:物品規(guī)范的中文商品名稱。汽車申報(bào)為:車輛牌名(如捷達(dá)、佳美等)+排氣量(
12、以“CC”為單位)+車型(如越野車、小轎車等),舊車應(yīng)在車輛牌名前加“舊”字,新車不加。27. 規(guī)格/型號(hào):如普通電視機(jī)應(yīng)申報(bào)熒幕尺寸,冰箱應(yīng)申報(bào)容積數(shù),汽車申報(bào)型號(hào),如E320、750I等。*28. 數(shù)量:自用物品按攜帶物品的實(shí)際數(shù)量填寫,如電腦主機(jī)1臺(tái)、CD片20片、家具5件。公用物品按發(fā)票所列數(shù)量填寫。*29. 單位:按中華人民共和國海關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)商品目錄中所列法定計(jì)量單位填寫。*30. 幣制:按發(fā)票幣制填寫。*31. 總價(jià):該項(xiàng)物品的總價(jià)值,須與發(fā)票一致。*32. 館長、機(jī)構(gòu)負(fù)責(zé)人簽名:按海關(guān)備案的館長、機(jī)構(gòu)負(fù)責(zé)人及其授權(quán)人的簽名樣本簽名。*33. 館印、機(jī)構(gòu)印鑒:按海關(guān)備案的機(jī)構(gòu)印章。*3
13、4. 申報(bào)日期:向海關(guān)呈交申報(bào)單的日期。35. 附頁數(shù):附頁總頁數(shù)(無附頁的填“0”)。Instructions: (Items marked with “*” must be completed.)*1. Entry/Exit Port: The name of the Customs port within Chinas Customs territory where the actual import

Departure/Destination Country/Region: Departure country/region refers to the original starting country/region from which the import goods are directly consigned to Chinas Customs Territory. Destination country/region refers to the country/regi

Give the corresponding name in Chinese for the departure/destination country/region in conformity with COUNTRY/REGION CODE prescribe
19、d by China Customs. *10. Port of Loading/Delivery: The port of loading refers to the last overseas port where the import goods are loaded before their arrival in Chinas Customs Territory. The port of delivery refers to the final foreign destination port to which the export goods are consigned. In ca
20、se there is no actual importation or exportation, fill in “within Chinas Customs territory” in this item. Give the corresponding name in Chinese for the port in conformity with PORT AND ROUTE CODE prescribed by China Customs.*11. Means of Transport: Transport via water; rail; road; air mail; or othe
21、r (to be specified).Note: For those inward or outward express parcels by non-mail, give the actual means of transport such as “air”.
