18、and perform the Agreement, and has obtained the full authorizationof the Board of Directors or any other competent authorities to sign and perform the Contract;2.3 委托人或被擔(dān)保人有合法資格與受益人簽署合同， 有足夠的能力履行與受益人簽署的合 同；委托人保證委托人或被擔(dān)保人履行與受益人簽署的合同， 并有義務(wù)及時(shí)向保證人通報(bào)履 約情況及出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題；2.3 The Client or the Guaranteed is eligible

19、 to sign the Contract with the Beneficiary, and has full capacity to perform the Contract signed with the Beneficiary; and the Client undertakes that the Client or the Guaranteed shall perform the Contract signed with the Beneficiary, and has duty to inform the Guarantor about the performance of contract and any issue arisen in due course;2.4 委托人接受和認(rèn)可保證人向受益人開(kāi)立的保函的內(nèi)容；2.4 The Client accepts and acknowledges
