20、。老師在上講臺之前必須對這本教材的全部內(nèi)容融會貫通,老師教給學(xué)生的只是一杯水,但準(zhǔn)備的內(nèi)容卻是一桶水,這樣的備課才是充分的。新教師在熟悉全部教材內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上,還必須認(rèn)真閱讀配套的教師教學(xué)用書,這樣才可以確定每個章節(jié)的學(xué)時數(shù)以及課時的劃分,理清教材的編寫思路,理解教材的編寫意圖。在熟悉教材,讀懂教材和教師用書的參考建議之后方可進(jìn)行教案的書寫。現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中有很多配套的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),有的老師習(xí)慣下載使用,甚至備課完全依賴網(wǎng)上下載,這是不足取的。我們可以參考、借鑒網(wǎng)上好的東西,但不能照抄照搬,備課應(yīng)該融入自己的研究、思考, 要留下自己的思維印痕,根據(jù)學(xué)生的學(xué)情,有針對性地設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)活動。2、備課要求備課是教師
21、教學(xué)態(tài)度和教學(xué)境界的體現(xiàn),是提高教師教學(xué)能力和教學(xué)藝術(shù)的關(guān)鍵,是提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的前提。備課的基本要求有以下幾點(diǎn): 要根據(jù)新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的理念,按照課程計(jì)劃的要求,深入鉆研教材,認(rèn)真研究學(xué)生,根據(jù)教材的特點(diǎn)和學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況準(zhǔn)確定位教學(xué)目標(biāo),優(yōu)化教學(xué)內(nèi)容,精心設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)活動方案。 一冊教材要有總的學(xué)科教學(xué)計(jì)劃。一篇課文或一個單元應(yīng)有總的教學(xué)目標(biāo)、重難點(diǎn)、課時安排。每一課時應(yīng)包括以下內(nèi)容:教學(xué)內(nèi)容、授課時間、教學(xué)目標(biāo)、重難點(diǎn)分析、課前準(zhǔn)備、教學(xué)方法及媒體運(yùn)用、教學(xué)預(yù)設(shè)(凸現(xiàn)雙基訓(xùn)練點(diǎn))、教學(xué)評價及反思等。 教學(xué)目標(biāo)要兼顧知識、能力、情感三維目標(biāo),每一個環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)的目的、意義要明確,要有重難點(diǎn)的處理,要突出教師
22、活動和學(xué)生活動的設(shè)計(jì),要關(guān)注學(xué)法指導(dǎo),要有機(jī)滲透思想品德教育。 要做到超周備課,紙介和電子教案必須有二次修改痕跡,上課之前要進(jìn)行復(fù)備,備課檢查主要檢查二次備課及復(fù)備的內(nèi)容。新教師所教學(xué)科都要有教案,而且必須是詳案。 備課教案里要有板書設(shè)計(jì)。如果用多媒體課件輔助教學(xué),課件的制作要引導(dǎo)學(xué)生層層深入思考問題,要用精練的文字和簡明的圖表,必要時可用動畫顯示視圖中動態(tài)的信息流動過程,以加深學(xué)生對教材的重難點(diǎn)的理解。 教后反思應(yīng)成為教案的有機(jī)組成部分。教學(xué)反思主要反思自己的教學(xué)行為,總結(jié)出亮點(diǎn),反思出不足,并提出改進(jìn)措施。課后反思,還可以拾遺補(bǔ)缺。課堂教學(xué)或多或少都會留下缺憾。 這些缺憾來自于多個方面,反

33、a gang worki ng", "Hong Kong report."調(diào)試好班班通設(shè)備等。不允許出現(xiàn)不帶教科書和教案進(jìn)入課堂或中途離開課堂取教具等行為。 傳授知識要準(zhǔn)確無誤,課堂環(huán)節(jié)要設(shè)計(jì)合理,避免前緊后松或前松后緊,有效地利用好課堂 40 分鐘。板書要工整、規(guī)范、美觀、大方。 要充分發(fā)揮電教、實(shí)驗(yàn)、演示等多媒體教具的直觀作用,讓學(xué)生在活動中學(xué)習(xí),在生活中體驗(yàn),鼓勵學(xué)生開展自主、合作、探究學(xué)習(xí),加大課堂練習(xí)密度,突出重點(diǎn),分散難點(diǎn)。 教學(xué)態(tài)度要和藹,語音要適中,語速要合理,姿勢要文明。課堂上要努力避免聲音太小、一個音調(diào)、有口頭禪、吐字不清、語速太快、方言土語。
34、肢體語言要豐富,善于激情激趣,充分調(diào)動學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性和主動性。 課堂教學(xué)按計(jì)劃(教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì))進(jìn)行, 當(dāng)堂內(nèi)容當(dāng)堂完成,不得提前或超后完成教學(xué)任務(wù)。每節(jié)課的要求可以用27 個字概括:明目標(biāo)、自主學(xué)、合作探、精點(diǎn)撥、整建構(gòu)、找規(guī)律、巧組織、高效率、人人清。 教師不得坐著講課,不許在課堂吸煙、喝水、接聽或撥打電話,嚴(yán)禁酒后進(jìn)入課堂。 要尊重、愛護(hù)學(xué)生,不對學(xué)生出言不遜、諷刺挖苦,不準(zhǔn)把學(xué)生趕出課堂,不準(zhǔn)體罰或變相體罰學(xué)生。2、上課 “六忌 ”一忌 “盲 ”。新教師上課,最大的特點(diǎn)就是“盲 ”,即教學(xué)無目標(biāo)。主要表現(xiàn)為:課堂上沒有明確的教學(xué)目標(biāo),沒有明確的教學(xué)計(jì)劃,教學(xué)比較隨便,課堂教學(xué)時間把握不準(zhǔn),
35、教學(xué)方法缺乏,課堂上東一榔頭,西一棒子,教學(xué)無重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)等。新教師上課,首先要有明確的教學(xué)目標(biāo),再根據(jù)教學(xué)目標(biāo),確定教學(xué)重點(diǎn),安排教學(xué)過程。其次是要認(rèn)真設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)細(xì)節(jié),讓細(xì)節(jié)凸現(xiàn)你的教學(xué)精彩。二忌 “慌 ”。新教師上課沒有什么經(jīng)驗(yàn),課堂上往往比較“慌 ”,不能靜下心來教學(xué)。主要表現(xiàn)為:課堂上丟三落四,如忘記寫課題,忘記評價學(xué)生,忘記教學(xué)內(nèi)容,忘記教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),過度生硬,有時脫節(jié),板書出錯,遇到突發(fā)事件不知所措等。面對這種情況,首先不要慌,要冷靜,要沉著。在冷靜中思考,尋找解決問題的方法。三忌 “快 ”。新教師上課常常不顧學(xué)情,一“快 ”到底。表現(xiàn)為上課只重視教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)的執(zhí)行,卻忽視學(xué)生的個性差異,忽視
36、理論與實(shí)踐的結(jié)合。課堂按照設(shè)計(jì)好的教案上課,一上課就按照教案寫的一講到底,并且速度較快,有時連學(xué)生聽都還沒有聽明白,教學(xué)就進(jìn)入了下一環(huán)節(jié)。掌握教學(xué)節(jié)奏,做到張弛有度,是需要不斷修煉的基本功。四忌 “灌 ”。 “灌 ”即 “灌輸 ”, 教學(xué)時, 把學(xué)生當(dāng)成裝知識的“容器 ”。 盡管新教師在師范學(xué)校時,學(xué)習(xí)了不少新課程理論,懂得學(xué)生是學(xué)習(xí)的主人,但面對具體教學(xué)實(shí)際,往往還是采取了簡單的灌輸。這種教學(xué),方法單一,沒有激活學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)意識,教學(xué)效果差。新教師要多研究教法,變“灌 ”為 “引 ”,多讓學(xué)生自己學(xué)習(xí)。要知道,學(xué)生的能力只靠教師講是講不出來的,要靠學(xué)生自己學(xué),自己練。要以學(xué)定教,順學(xué)而導(dǎo),
37、切忌強(qiáng)行“灌輸 ”。五忌 “亂 ”。新教師上課,一會兒多媒體展示,一會兒小組學(xué)習(xí),一會兒比賽辯論,一會兒作業(yè)練習(xí),使得課堂“雜亂無章”。課堂教學(xué)雖說不是線性的,但課堂教學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)、教學(xué)過程、教學(xué)方法以及教學(xué)模式還是有一定規(guī)律的。新教師上課,不要只關(guān)注課堂的“熱鬧 ”,形式的新穎,還要關(guān)注學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)規(guī)律和身心發(fā)展特點(diǎn),運(yùn)用教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)、教學(xué)法等有序組織。課堂上不能不要紀(jì)律,不能不要秩序,不能不要方法,更不能想當(dāng)然。每門課程有其教學(xué)規(guī)律,我們不能違背。所以,新教師要按照學(xué)科學(xué)習(xí)規(guī)律,設(shè)計(jì)好每一個教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)。課堂上一步一步地實(shí)施,做到過程清楚,循序漸進(jìn)。六忌 “多 ”。新教師上課,往往按照教案貪多求全,
