5、boveaccountinformationisdesignatedbyPartyBforreceivingpayment,andremittancetootheraccountwillbeinvalid.五、譯稿交付：TranslationDelivery:1乙方向甲方交付譯稿時必須以郵件形式從郵箱交付到甲方指定的電子郵箱。未明確約定的，乙方可以采取包括但不限于郵寄、傳真、QQ/MSN等任何一種方式向甲方交付譯稿。PartyBshalldeliverthetranslationbyemailfromtoPartyAsdesignatedemailaddress_.Ifthedeliverym

6、ethodisnotexpresslyagreed,PartyBmayuseanymethod,includingbutnotlimitedtomailing,fax,QQ/MSN,todeliverthetranslationtoPartyA.2甲方應(yīng)向乙方提供正確的聯(lián)系方式，如因甲方提供的信息不準(zhǔn)確或發(fā)生變更后未及時通知乙方，導(dǎo)致乙方翻譯的譯稿無法交付給甲方的，由此產(chǎn)生的后果由甲方承擔(dān)。PartyAshallprovidePartyBwithcorrectcontactinformation.IntheeventthatPartyAprovidesinaccurateinformation

7、orfailstonotifyPartyBofanychangetotheinformation,whichcausesthatPartyBisunabletodeliverthetranslationtoPartyA,PartyAshallbeliablefortheconsequencesarisingtherefrom.3自乙方交付譯稿之日(含當(dāng)日)起7日內(nèi)，甲方未就譯稿向乙方提出異議的，視為乙方已按約定向甲方提供了翻譯服務(wù)，乙方對本合同的翻譯義務(wù)履行完畢；甲方需嚴格按照合同約定支付翻譯費。WherePartyAfilesnoobjectiontoPartyBwithinsevenday

9、iverycompanyisentrustedwiththepaymentcollection,PartyAshallpaytranslationfeesimmediatelyafterreceivingPartyBstranslation.六、翻譯質(zhì)量：TranslationQuality:乙方應(yīng)保證翻譯的準(zhǔn)確性和完整性。甲方如對乙方譯稿有異議，甲方有權(quán)在取稿之日起7日內(nèi)，向乙方提出修改意見，乙方應(yīng)按甲方要求在規(guī)定的時間內(nèi)免費進行修改，直至甲方滿意為止。PartyBshallensuretheaccuracyandcompletenessofthetranslation.ShouldPart

11、方責(zé)任：1.PartyAsresponsibilities:1.1 翻譯稿件的來源、內(nèi)容、用途的合法性由甲方負責(zé)。PartyAshallberesponsibleforthelegalityofthesource,contentandpurposeofthesourcetextfortranslation.1.2 甲方需按約定時間支付翻譯費。逾期付款的，每逾期一日，按合同總金額的1%向乙方支付滯納金。PartyAshallpaythetranslationfeeswithinthespecifiedperiodoftime.ShouldPartyAfallintoarrearswiththep
