、ke to make an appoingtment with Mr.Hammer. Could I see Mr.Hammer sometime this week?
、Wednesday or Thursday.(星期三或星期四都可以)。 Would it be possible to see Mr.Hammer tomorrow? Does Mr.Hammer have time to meet with me tomorrow? If he does have time, may I meet him tomorrow? What time is convenien
、t for him? What time is he available?(他什么時(shí)候有空?),但用 convenient 會(huì)給人比較客氣的感覺。 Im available at three oclock.(我三點(diǎn)有空)來試探一下也無妨。 Id like to have lunch with him tomorrow.
If you have time, Id like to meet with you today. Im sorry, but Im really tied up today.(很抱歉,我今天真的沒空)。 Could you spare me about half an hour?
Could we get together at L.A.Restaurant? I was wondering if we could arrange a meeting to discuss the new product.
I was wondering if. Would it be possible to meet and discuss the new product?. Im calling about what we discussed the other day. Ive been waiting for your call.(我一直在等您的電話里),并接著說Lets get together. When can we meet to ta
What would you like to talk to me about? Can l ask you what you want to discuss?.
I dont think we have to meet on this subject. Its probably not necessary to meet.(沒有必要見面來加以謝絕。 Im afraid I cant, but Mr.Brown will meet you instead. Im too busy
May I arrange the time and the place, please? Do you mind if I set the time and location for our meeting? When do you have free time?
、也可以用 When are you available? Im free at three oclock today. Im available at three oclock.如果是3點(diǎn)到4點(diǎn)有空的話,就用availbale from three o clock until four 即可。 Can I see you Thursday at nine?
、方?jīng)]有時(shí)間時(shí),就用 How about.? Ill be free anytime from 10:00a.m.till 3:00p.m.on Wednesday.(星期三的上午10點(diǎn)到下午3點(diǎn)我都有空的話,可以讓對方選擇方便的時(shí)間。
1 My wife and I cant come to the phone right now, but if youll leave your name and number, well get back to you as soon as were finished. 2 Hi. Please speak very slowly, and Ill stick your message to myself with one of these magnets(磁鐵).
5 Hello, this is Sallys microwave. Her answering machine just eloped(私奔) with her tape deck(磁帶驅(qū)動(dòng)器), so Im stuck with taking her calls.
