Good business management is t

3、he key to success and good management starts with setting goals. You have to set goals for the accomplishment of the many tasks necessary and you need to be specific and break major goals down into sub-goals and place a specific date showing when it is to be achieved. Meanwhile, work your plan of ac

4、tion to allow for obstacles which may stand in your way and try to foresee obstacles and plan ways to avert (防止;避免) or minimize them. The basic rules in business management are: a) plan your goals and allow plenty of time to complete each step of your project; b) pick your team carefully and assign
