2、目的 Objective 面向全體員工和外協(xié)人員組織開(kāi)展緊急疏散、逃生自救演練，強(qiáng)化員工的安全防 意識(shí)，嚴(yán)防擁擠、踩踏事故的發(fā)生，提高全體員工應(yīng)對(duì)突發(fā)事件的能力。 We will organize an evacuation practice for all the staffs who work in FMS and supplier, it can strengthen the staffs safe guard consciousness to prevent overcrowding, trampling incidents and improve the ability to han

5、擠踩踏、地震等 突發(fā)事故的教育。 The safety coordinator and dept. manager are responsible for all staffs fire prevention, fire fighting, crowding stampede, earthquakes and other emergencies education.3. 安全員培訓(xùn)員工能做到：(1)、遇事不驚，頭腦冷靜；(2)、判明情況，思考對(duì)策；(3)、積極自救，互幫互助；(4)、聽(tīng)從指揮，有序疏散。杜絕：恐慌混亂、相互踐踏。 The safety training made the sta

8、ffs to urgency evacuation.消防應(yīng)急疏散培訓(xùn)消防應(yīng)急疏散培訓(xùn)Evacuation Training FAMECCANICA MACHINERY (SHANGHAI)聽(tīng)到警鈴與通知后，全體員工立即停止一切工作，安全協(xié)調(diào)員負(fù)責(zé)緊急疏散自己部 門(mén)的所有員工與外協(xié)人員（安全協(xié)調(diào)不在時(shí)，由部門(mén)主管負(fù)責(zé)）。安全員于第一時(shí)間趕到事故現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，確定事故發(fā)生的地點(diǎn)與具體情況，及時(shí)向上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報(bào)。 When hearing the alarm bell and notice, all the staffs stop their work, the safety coordinator take

9、s charge of evacuating own dept. staffs and suppliers (when the safety coordinator is out, then dept. supervisor take-over it). The safety coordinator should arrive the scene of the accident in the first time, to understand the accident location and detail info., report it to superior in time.4. 員工與

10、外協(xié)人員按預(yù)先指定的路線到達(dá)園區(qū)指定的地點(diǎn)集中。 The staffs and suppliers should evacuate according to the designated route to assembly points.5. 人事提供當(dāng)天出勤人員姓名與外協(xié)人員姓名。 HR provides the attendance name list of staffs and suppliers of the day.6. 集合所有員工與外協(xié)人員；安全協(xié)調(diào)員組織清點(diǎn)人數(shù),并與人事出勤數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行核對(duì)。 Collect all employees and suppliers; the saf

12、take charge of the material to prevent being stolen; rescue the wounded person; clean and protect the scene.8. 如有人員受傷：急救組人員負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)傷員臨時(shí)性的救助。 If someone injures, the first aid group should give him provisional salvation.9. 安全領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)事故現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的查實(shí)與確認(rèn)，展開(kāi)力所能及的救助方案。 The safety group takes charge of examining and aff

13、irming accident scene, and deploys the salvation solution.10. 安全領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組確定事故排除過(guò)后，全體員工才能進(jìn)入公司。 After the safety group confirming accident was solved, then the staffs are allowed to enter the company.11. 事故過(guò)后，各相關(guān)人員按分工做好善后工作，其他地方應(yīng)盡快恢復(fù)原狀，由安全 元負(fù)責(zé)寫(xiě)出事報(bào)告上報(bào)，對(duì)此次工作進(jìn)行總結(jié)，對(duì)撲救工作中表現(xiàn)突出的人員提 出表?yè)P(yáng)。 After the accident, the re

14、lative person deal with related issues, the other place should be gone back to the former condition as soon as possible. 18、sh down the holder.
