5、DL404等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。開(kāi)關(guān)柜外殼的防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP4X，當(dāng)斷路器室門打開(kāi)、手車移開(kāi)時(shí)，防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP2X。在系統(tǒng)的安裝和運(yùn)行期間，要遵守所有相關(guān)的IEC規(guī)范及國(guó)家或地方相關(guān)的安全導(dǎo)則，還應(yīng)考慮江蘇銀佳企業(yè)集團(tuán)有限公司提供的有關(guān)資料。1.3工作條件1.3.1 正常工作條件 KYN28-12開(kāi)關(guān)柜正常工作條件如下：室內(nèi)環(huán)境溫度：最高溫度 +40°C日平均值不大于 +35°C最低溫度 -15°C室內(nèi)環(huán)境濕度： 日平均相對(duì)濕度 95%及以下 月平均相對(duì)濕度 90%及以下Monthly average relative humidity less than 90%安裝場(chǎng)所的海拔高

6、度 1000m及以下Height above sea level at site less than 1000m地震烈度: 不超過(guò)8度Earthquake intensity: less than 8 degree沒(méi)有火災(zāi)、爆炸危險(xiǎn)，沒(méi)有嚴(yán)重污穢及化學(xué)腐蝕的場(chǎng)所。This product should not be used under conditions of fire, explosion，earthquake and chemical corrosion environments.1.3.2特殊工作條件Special service conditions對(duì)特殊工作條件，必須向制造廠咨詢

7、。制造廠與用戶應(yīng)就特殊工作條件取得一致意見(jiàn)。The manufacture must be consulted in advance about each special service condition. Special service conditions are to be agreed on by the manufacturer and user. l 已考慮安裝場(chǎng)所的海拔高于1000m時(shí)，空氣介質(zhì)強(qiáng)度的降低對(duì)絕緣水平的影響。Allow for the reduction in the dielectric strength of the air when site altitud

9、事項(xiàng)：Matters need attention：若開(kāi)關(guān)柜運(yùn)行地區(qū)的濕度較高，溫度波動(dòng)速度較快且幅度較大，開(kāi)關(guān)柜在這種氣候環(huán)境下運(yùn)行，就有凝露的危險(xiǎn)，因此開(kāi)關(guān)柜在備用和運(yùn)行狀態(tài)下，用戶應(yīng)保證加熱器全天侯投入！但在大電流運(yùn)行中，可以不投入。If the humidity is higher on site, temperature fluctuations speed is rapidder and range is bigger, condensation phenomena will be appear for the switchgears running in this clime c

19、安裝的電氣元件見(jiàn)圖3/1。進(jìn)線柜或出線柜是基本柜方案，并有派生方案，如母線分段柜或計(jì)量柜等。此外，尚有配置固定式負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)、真空接觸器手車、隔離手車等方案。開(kāi)關(guān)柜靠墻或面對(duì)面安裝。結(jié)構(gòu)細(xì)節(jié)和柜內(nèi)安裝設(shè)備，可見(jiàn)訂貨文件。The basic structure of switchgear panel comprises the panel itself a removing part. The panel and main components can see in figure 3/1.Incoming-line panel or outgoing-line panel are diagram o

20、f basic switchgear panel，there are other derivative diagram，for example ,contact panel or metering panel .in addition，There are so many diagram of the switchgear panel with stationary type load switch、（SF6）VCB truck、VC truck、Disconnect truck. The panel has two maintenance modes. That is single-face

21、maintenance and double-face maintenance. The detail of structure and main components, can reference order document.3.2外殼和隔板 Enclosure and clapboard開(kāi)關(guān)柜的外殼和隔板由優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼板制成，具有很強(qiáng)的抗氧化、耐腐蝕功能，且剛度和機(jī)械強(qiáng)度比普通低碳鋼板高。三個(gè)高壓室的頂部都裝有壓力釋放板。出現(xiàn)內(nèi)部故障時(shí)，高壓室內(nèi)氣壓升高，由于柜門已可靠密封，高壓氣體將沖開(kāi)壓力釋放板釋放出來(lái)。相鄰的開(kāi)關(guān)柜由各自的側(cè)板隔開(kāi)，拼柜后仍有空氣緩沖層，可以防止開(kāi)關(guān)柜被故障電弧貫穿熔化。

22、低壓室D裝配成獨(dú)立隔室，與高壓區(qū)域分隔開(kāi)。隔板將斷路器室B和電纜室C隔開(kāi)，即使斷路器手車移開(kāi)（此時(shí)活門會(huì)自動(dòng)關(guān)閉），也能防止操作者觸及母線室A和電纜室C內(nèi)的帶電部分。卸下緊固螺栓就可移開(kāi)水平隔板，便于電纜密封終端的安裝。The enclosure and clapboard of the switchgears is made up from high quality steel, have very strong function to resistant oxidation and corrosion, and its rigidity and mechanical robustness

When appear internal fault electric arc, air pressure heightens in high-pressure chamber, because that the doors of switchgear is already airtight coating, the pres

24、sure gas will clash out the release of pressure plat. Adjacent switchgears are isolated by its self side board, after putting the switchgears together, air buffer layer exist yet, it may prevent the switchgears from pronging and melted by electric arc. Low-voltage vault D is separate room with high-

25、pressure area. Clapboard space isolate the VCB vault B with cable vault C, even if VCB. truck is moved(here the valve is closed self-motion),can prevent the operator from touching the electrification parts of bus bar vault A and cable vault C. releasing the tighten bolt, the level clapboard is remov

26、ed, convenient for installation of cable seal terminal.3.3開(kāi)關(guān)柜內(nèi)的小室 Compartments in switchgear斷路器室（見(jiàn)附圖3/1，3/3，3/5，3/6）VCB vault (figure 3/1，3/3，3/5，3/6 showing)斷路器手車裝在有導(dǎo)軌的斷路器室B內(nèi)，可在運(yùn)行、試驗(yàn)/隔離兩個(gè)不同位置之間移動(dòng)。當(dāng)手車從運(yùn)行位置向試驗(yàn)/隔離位置移動(dòng)時(shí)，活門會(huì)自動(dòng)蓋住靜觸頭，反向運(yùn)行則打開(kāi)。手車能在開(kāi)關(guān)柜門關(guān)閉的情況下操作，通過(guò)門上的觀察窗可以看到手車的位置、手車上的ON（斷路器合閘）/OFF（斷路器分閘）按鈕、合分

27、閘狀態(tài)指示器和儲(chǔ)能/釋放狀況指示器。VCB truck is installed in VCB vault B with track, may move in the middle of the position to service and test/disconnected. While the truck move from service position to test/disconnected position, the valve can cover un-move contact in self-motion, open when moving reverse. The tru

28、ck can be operated when the truck vault door is closed, while you can watch the position of the truck, on (VCB tripping)/off(VCB closing) push knob in the truck, close and open indicator and charging/releasing indicator by inspection window. 斷路器手車 VCB truck手車可采用手動(dòng)進(jìn)行移動(dòng)?？蚣苡珊辖痄摪迤囱b而成，上面裝斷路器和其他設(shè)備。具有彈簧觸頭系

29、統(tǒng)的觸臂裝在斷路器的極柱上，當(dāng)手車插入到運(yùn)行位置時(shí)起電氣聯(lián)接作用。手車于開(kāi)關(guān)柜之間的信號(hào)、保護(hù)和控制線，用一個(gè)控制線插頭聯(lián)接。手車剛插入開(kāi)關(guān)柜就固定在試驗(yàn)/隔離位置，同時(shí)也可靠地聯(lián)接到開(kāi)關(guān)柜的接地系統(tǒng)。手車的所在位置，能通過(guò)觀察窗或裝在低壓室面板上的手車電氣位置指示器看到。除真空斷路器外，手車可配真空接觸器、隔離裝置和計(jì)量設(shè)備等。The truck can be moved by manual. The signal 、protection、control line between the truck and the switchgear is connection with the pin of control line. The truck is fixed o

The position of truck will be seen by the lamp that is installed on the looking window or the panel of low-voltage.Beside the VCB, the Truck can be equipped the vacuum contactor

32、、isolated device and the measuring equipment.母線室 Bus bar compartment母線從一個(gè)開(kāi)關(guān)柜引至另一個(gè)開(kāi)關(guān)柜，通過(guò)分支母線和套管固定。矩形的分支母線直接用螺栓聯(lián)接到主母線上，不需任何聯(lián)接夾。所有母線和分支母線都用熱縮套管覆蓋。套管板和套管將柜與柜之間的母線隔離起來(lái)，并有支撐作用。對(duì)電動(dòng)應(yīng)力大的開(kāi)關(guān)柜，一般需要這種支持。The bus bar from one switchgear to the other switchgear is fixed with the bushing and the ramus bus .The ramus

33、 bus is connection to the main bus with the bolt, it neednt any clip. All bus and the ramus bus are covered with pyrocondensation bushing. 34、/1）電流互感器和接地開(kāi)關(guān)裝在電纜室后部。電纜室也可安裝避雷器。當(dāng)電纜室門打開(kāi)后，有足夠的空間供施工人員進(jìn)入柜內(nèi)安裝電纜（最多可并接6根）。蓋在電纜入口處的底板可采用非導(dǎo)磁的不銹鋼板，是開(kāi)縫的，可拆卸的，便于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工。底板中穿越一、二次電纜的變徑密封圈開(kāi)孔應(yīng)與所裝電纜相適應(yīng)，以防小動(dòng)物進(jìn)入。對(duì)于濕度較大的電纜溝，建議用防火泥、環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂將開(kāi)關(guān)柜進(jìn)行密封。CT and earth switch are installed on the back of the Cable Compartment. Traversing hole for control wiring on side board in low-voltage compartment is used to connect with control power supply.3.4防止誤操作的聯(lián)鎖/保護(hù) Interlocks/protections for preventing mishandling具備一系列的聯(lián)鎖裝置，從根本上防止出

39、現(xiàn)危險(xiǎn)局面和可能引起嚴(yán)重后果的誤操作，因此有效地保護(hù)了操作人員和開(kāi)關(guān)柜。聯(lián)鎖裝置地功能如下：A series of interlocks are provided to prevent mishandling, thus protecting both personnel and switchgear itself. The function of interlocks is following: Ø 斷路器和接地開(kāi)關(guān)在分閘位置時(shí)，手車能從試驗(yàn)/隔離位置移動(dòng)到運(yùn)行位置。在這種分 閘狀態(tài)下，反向移動(dòng)也行（機(jī)械聯(lián)鎖）。 VCB and earth switch in the OPEN p

40、osition, you can move the truck from the test/disconnected position to service position. On this state, it is be able to move reversely yet(electric interlock). Ø 手車已完全處于試驗(yàn)或運(yùn)行位置時(shí)，斷路器才能合閘（機(jī)械和電氣聯(lián)鎖）。Only the truck quite in the test or service position, VCB can be closed (machine and electric inter
