The result of finite element analysis showed that the stiffness of the initial design model of bus met design requirements, but the stress was very large and the strength reserve was relatively poor, so the optimization method which optimizing the maximum stress of structure was adopted. After the
9、 optimal design composed of two stages, the maximum stress was significantly reduced, the first-order torsional frequency were improved, the weight of body skeleton was lightened, and the structural design of the bus was more reasonable. 10、ress Optimization基于BOOST軟件對某款汽油機排氣歧管的優(yōu)化周毅 黃文凱 陳青華(同濟大學【摘要】利用AVL BOOST軟件對某款汽油機進行了一維不穩(wěn)定流動模擬計算,發(fā)現(xiàn)4-1的排氣歧管連接方式影響發(fā)動機的充氣效率。將排氣歧管連接方式由原來的4-1改為4-2-1,且在不影響各缸充氣效率的情況下,微調(diào)排氣歧管的長度得到3種方案。通過比較功率和扭矩確定方案2為最佳方案,并按改進方案2設計排氣系統(tǒng)進行了試驗。結果表明,與原方案相比,按方案2改進排氣系統(tǒng)后發(fā)動機功率提高,且其燃油消耗曲線更加平坦,低油耗范圍擴大。主題詞:汽油機 排氣歧管 優(yōu)化 Optimization for A G

By comparing power and torque, Plan 2 is defined as the optimal one, and the exhaust system wi
