10、nit weight and the foot screw fixed position is showed as following charts .其它注意事項(xiàng):Other attentions(1)室外機(jī)組安裝位置要選擇適當(dāng)，必須安裝在無(wú)日光照射、遠(yuǎn)離熱源的地方。Indoor and outdoor unit must be installed in the place which has no sunlight illuminated and far from heat resource.(2)室外機(jī)組安裝應(yīng)考慮對(duì)建筑物外觀(guān)的影響。The influence on the buildi

11、ng appearance must be considered when install the outdoor unit.(3)安裝安置應(yīng)盡量選在管路短、彎曲少、高差小的地方。Installation should be situated in places where the pipe is short, bends are few and the height difference is little.(4)室外機(jī)組的位置不在地面或樓頂平面而需懸掛在墻壁上時(shí)，應(yīng)制作牢固可靠的支架。While outside unit is not installed on the ground or

12、the top plane, but hung on the wall, it must use the firm support.(5)室外機(jī)組出風(fēng)口不應(yīng)對(duì)準(zhǔn)強(qiáng)風(fēng)吹的方向，上面不應(yīng)有障礙物。若頂部空間不夠時(shí)， 需安裝彎曲型導(dǎo)風(fēng)管將風(fēng)導(dǎo)向遠(yuǎn)處，以避免氣流短路而影響機(jī)組性能。The outside unit's air outlet couldn't be in the direction of strong breeze , and there won' t be obstacles above it . If the above space is not enough

13、, please install bending type wind duct to guide the wind to distance , avoiding that unit performance will be influenced by air flow short .(6)側(cè)出風(fēng)型室機(jī)安裝在空調(diào)房時(shí)，除考慮安裝方便外，還要保證氣流合理，送風(fēng)均 勻。While side air outlet model indoor unit* s installation in the air conditioner room, except considering convenient ins

16、on' t rise, drop suddenly or sway violently.b.管路布置 Pipes arrangement連接管路的布置須根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況參照以下原則進(jìn)行：Connection pipe arrangement must according to the site1 s condition and refer to the following principles:(1)盡可能縮短連接管長(zhǎng)度，最好在5m以Try to shorten the length of connection pipe, best within 5m.每4、6米設(shè)1個(gè)存油彎.室外機(jī)Out

17、door unitb.室外機(jī)置于室內(nèi)機(jī)之上Outdoor unit higher than indoor unit。(2)盡可能減小室外機(jī)高度差。Try to shorten the altitude difference between indoor and outdoor units.(3)盡可能減少連接管路的彎頭數(shù)。Try to reduce the joint1 s amount used for connection if possible.(4)連接管長(zhǎng)超過(guò)20米時(shí)，需檢查系統(tǒng)的潤(rùn)滑油是否足夠，必'要時(shí)，需適當(dāng)增加。When pipe longer than 20m, in

23、8N. LF/LFD85N機(jī)組采用喇叭口連接，其它類(lèi)型機(jī)組采用焊接方式連接。 連接時(shí)須注意以下幾點(diǎn)：There are two methods to connect pipes of SHENLING'1 air-cooled series air conditioner: Flared-tube connection is for units smaller than LF/LFD29N and LF/LFD58N/ LF/LFD85N. And welding connection is for the other units. The following points must

24、be paid attention to while connecting;喇叭口連接方式Way of flared-tube connection(a)盤(pán)管展開(kāi)時(shí)采用反繞的方法緩慢進(jìn)行,避免折扁銅管。Unfold coiled pipe slowly by way of twisting in reverse, so as not to bend the copper tube flatted.(b)管道的彎曲加工用彎管器進(jìn)行，彎曲半徑較大時(shí)也可用手緩慢地彎曲。彎曲半徑過(guò)小，容易造成管子損壞，彎曲半徑限度要求不小于銅管外徑的6倍。Use tube bender to bend machine

25、ry pipe or bend by hand when the radius of curvature is larger . If the radius of curvature is too little, pipes may be miner than 6 times of the pipes external diameter.(c)松開(kāi)角閥連接處螺母，卸下連接管堵頭，在喇叭處涂上冷凍油，快速地將兩者 連接起來(lái)(要求5分鐘)，喇叭口位置對(duì)好之后，再用板手緊固螺母。Loosen nut and remove the plug from eagle valve, then smear t

26、he flared with refrigerant oil and connect the two parts together quickly (in 5 minutes), when the flare' s seat well, then tighten the nut using spanner.(d)當(dāng)所需要管長(zhǎng)超過(guò)5m時(shí)，需按要求加長(zhǎng)銅管并補(bǔ)充制冷劑If connecting pipe is longer than 5m, increase the length of the copper pipe and add refrigerant.焊接方式： Way of wel

27、ding connection(a)采用硬釬焊連接所有接頭。Connect all joints by braze welding.(b)銅管切割后須清除毛刺及管異物。Get rid of the bur and foreign matter in pipe after cutting the copper tube.(c)焊接時(shí)管必須充氮。Fill tube with nitrogen when welding.(6)充氮試漏Charge with nitrogen to have leakage test銅管連接之后，從接頭處制冷劑充注口(喇叭口連接式在角閥上，焊接式須打開(kāi)所 有室側(cè)球閥，

28、再?gòu)氖覚C(jī)制冷劑充注口充氮)充入氮?dú)庵?.5Mpa ,用肥皂液檢查連 接管各接頭處是否有漏，若有漏，接頭必須重新處理。注意：切勿用氧氣或乙快氣試漏！After connecting copper pipe, charge with nitrogen to the pressure of 1.5MP through charging valve at the joint (the charge valve of flared connecting type is at the eagle valve, but as to welding connecting type, all indoor si

29、de ball valve must be opened, then charge nitrogen through the charge valve of indoor unit). And using soapsuds to check every joint of the connection pipe to see if there is any leakage or not, if it is, the joint must be dealt with again .CAUTIONS: Be sure not to do leakage test with oxygen or ace

30、tylene.(7)空氣排除 Air discharge充氮試漏之后，必須排除管道空氣。因系統(tǒng)空間較大，建議采用真空泵抽除管道空 氣，不要采用放制冷劑方法來(lái)排除管道空氣。否則由于排除不凝性氣體不徹底會(huì)造 成系統(tǒng)高壓升高和制冷性能下降。Air in pipes must be removed after leakage test. As the system space is a little large, vacuum pump is suggested to draw air from the pipe, not to get rid of the air by charging pipe

31、with refrigerant or because incondensable gas can not be exhausted, the high pressure of system will rise and refrigerant rating performance descend.(8)真空檢漏 Vacuum leakage test抽真空至管絕對(duì)壓力1300Pa,保持5分鐘壓力無(wú)變化，否則接頭處有漏須重新處 理。抽真空時(shí)，喇叭口連接式只需抽除管道空氣，焊接式必須開(kāi)啟室側(cè)所有球閥后 (因室機(jī)充有少量氮?dú)?，所以必須連同室機(jī)一起抽，但室外機(jī)球閥不能開(kāi))，再在空調(diào)機(jī) 制冷系統(tǒng)的高低壓

32、兩端制冷劑充注口分別抽除空氣，不能只抽一端。Achieve the vacuum in pipe (absolute pressure 1300Pa) and keep it for 5 minutes without pressure changing/ and if it changed, there must be a leakage in joints, so the joints must be dealt with again. Only the air in pipe need to be vacuumed for flared connecting type unit. But

33、 for welding connecting type unit all indoor side ball valves must be opened (because indoor unit has been charged with a little nitrogen, pipe must be vacuumed with indoor unit together, but ball valves of outdoor side can not be opened), the draw air separately from the charging valve of the refri

34、geration system in air conditioner, when vacuuming , pay attention not to vacuumone side only.(9)放出制冷劑 Let refrigerant out空調(diào)機(jī)出廠(chǎng)時(shí)制冷劑貯存在室外機(jī)。放出制冷劑時(shí)應(yīng)先打開(kāi)制冷劑液路兩個(gè)角閥 (或球閥)，再打開(kāi)另兩個(gè)角閥(或球閥)。開(kāi)啟角閥時(shí)須注意，必須擰開(kāi)至上死點(diǎn)并略 擰緊，再蓋上防漏蓋帽。球閥只需將閥桿轉(zhuǎn)90°,(閥桿上有箭頭指示流動(dòng)方向)再蓋 上防漏蓋帽。所有閥都打開(kāi)之后，須將原"全關(guān)"掛牌換為"全開(kāi)"掛牌。Refr

35、igerant is stored in outdoor unit when air conditioner leaving factory . Open eagle valve ( or ball valve)f which is thinner pipe' s valve, in refrigerant liquid pipe of every system first when letting refrigerant out, then open other two eagle or ball valve . While opening eagle valve, the valv

36、e rod must be opened to the top dead center and tighten a little, then leak proof cup must be fitted. For ball valve, turn the rod to the eagle of 90° (there is arrow indicating turning direction) and fit the leak proof cap . After all valve opened, change the hanging plate "Close all"

37、; to "Open all”(10)復(fù)查接口泄漏 Check again the joints leakage閥門(mén)開(kāi)啟之后，用鹵素檢漏儀或肥皂液在接口處復(fù)查有無(wú)泄漏。After valves opened, use halide leak detector or soapsuds to check thejoints .(11)電線(xiàn)連接 Connecting electrical wires用多芯電纜線(xiàn)連接室外機(jī)接線(xiàn)端子。Use multiple core cable with every conductor/ s section being to connect indoor a

38、nd outdoor terminals .注意：每臺(tái)室外機(jī)必須按序號(hào)和相對(duì)應(yīng)的制冷系統(tǒng)的電路部分進(jìn)行連接，切勿接錯(cuò)， 否則空調(diào)機(jī)不能正常運(yùn)行。Note : Each outdoor unit must connect with electrical branching of corresponding refrigeration system according to the number, if in disorder, the air conditioner cannot operate normally .(12)包扎 Wrapping up連接銅管包好保溫層之后(僅對(duì)焊接方式而言，喇

39、叭口方式銅管上已套好保溫管), 將銅管、電線(xiàn)等用塑膠帶妥善包扎并固定好。After connection copper pipe binding up the thermal insulation (only for welding way connection for flared tube connection, the pipe has been cased with insulation layer) . Then bind up pipesf wires, etc. with plastic tape and tighten them .4 .制冷劑補(bǔ)充 Supplementing

40、refrigerant當(dāng)連接管路超過(guò)5m時(shí)，必須補(bǔ)充制冷劑（R22）,請(qǐng)用戶(hù)安裝時(shí)參照下表進(jìn)行 補(bǔ)充。停機(jī)時(shí)補(bǔ)充制冷劑可從角閥冷劑充注口充入，開(kāi)機(jī)時(shí)補(bǔ)充制冷必須從壓縮機(jī) 吸氣口(即低壓端，壓縮機(jī)較粗的接管)冷劑充注口吸入，此時(shí)冷劑罐不宜倒置，以 保證制冷劑以氣體方式吸入壓縮機(jī)，避免壓縮機(jī)發(fā)生液擊而受到損壞。When connecting pipe is in excess of 5m, refrigerant (R22) must be supplemented while user installing . Please refer to following table. When unit

41、 is not working, refrigerant can be charged from charge plug at angle valve, if the air conditioner is operating, refrigerant must be charged from the plug of compressor' s drawing side (lower pressure side, thicker connecting pipe of compressor), at this moment the refrigerant can be drawn into
