1、工期管理工程的開工（Commencement of Works）能夠按期完成工程是項(xiàng)目成功的標(biāo)志之一。對(duì)于一個(gè)國際工程項(xiàng)目來說，工程的前期往往是工程最容易耽擱工期的階段。英語中有一個(gè)諺語，“A good beginning is half the battle”（好的開始是成功的一半），對(duì)國際工程來說尤其如是。? 開工通知承包商在中標(biāo)以后何時(shí)開工，還需要得到業(yè)主方簽發(fā)的開工通知。在收到開工通知以后，承包商要給出書面回執(zhí)，并說明在合理的時(shí)間內(nèi)盡快開工。范例From the Employer/Engineer to the ContractorDate: Dear Sirs,Sub: Commen
