Before the customs officers on board, the captain should prepare the following documents: the captains declaration; the import cargo manifest, crew list, stores and provisions list, last port clearance and so on. I have a little experiences with customs officers, when they come on board, all

23、crewmembers shall stay on board, each crewmember can leave about 1 bottle of wine and 10 packets of cigarettes for consumption. The others must be sealed in the bonded store.4. In my experiences, when the immigration officers come on board, we have been mustered in the saloon expect those crew on duty. Th
