13、hobbies.要練說,得練聽。聽是說的前提,聽得準確,才有條件正確模擬,才能不斷地掌握高一級程度的語言。我在教學中,注意聽說結合,訓練幼兒聽的才能,課堂上,我特別重視老師的語言,我對幼兒說話,注意聲音清楚,上下起伏,抑揚有致,富有吸引力,這樣能引起幼兒的注意。當我發(fā)現(xiàn)有的幼兒不專心聽別人發(fā)言時,就隨時表揚那些靜聽的幼兒,或是讓他重復別人說過的內容,抓住教育時機,要求他們專心聽,用心記。平時我還通過各種興趣活動,培養(yǎng)幼兒邊聽邊記,邊聽邊想,邊聽邊說的才能,如聽詞對詞,聽詞句說意思,聽句子辯正誤,聽故事講述故事,聽謎語猜謎底,聽智力故事,動腦筋,出主意,聽兒歌上句,接兒歌下句等,這樣幼兒學得生動

16、任務,幫助學生層層遞進地學習語言運用語言。做得比較好的地方有:唐宋或更早之前,針對“經學“律學“算學和“書學各科目,其相應傳授者稱為“博士,這與當今“博士含義已經相去甚遠。而對那些特別講授“武事或講解“經籍者,又稱“講師。“教授和“助教均原為學官稱謂。前者始于宋,乃“宗學“律學“醫(yī)學“武學等科目的講授者;而后者那么于西晉武帝時代即已設立了,主要協(xié)助國子、博士培養(yǎng)生徒。“助教在古代不僅要作入流的學問,其教書育人的職責也十清楚晰。唐代國子學、太學等所設之“助教一席,也是當朝打眼的學官。至明清兩代,只設國子監(jiān)國子學一科的“助教,其身價不謂顯赫,也稱得上朝廷要員。至此,無論是“博士“講師,還是“教授“

17、助教,其今日老師應具有的根本概念都具有了。1.從整體出發(fā)。我采取了總分總的方式,即:從文本整體出發(fā)提出問題逐個解決問題再次回憶課文。與當今“老師一稱最接近的“老師概念,最早也要追溯至宋元時期。金代元好問?示侄孫伯安?詩云:“伯安入小學,穎悟非凡貌,屬句有夙性,說字驚老師。于是看,宋元時期小學老師被稱為“老師有案可稽。清代稱主考官也為“老師,而一般學堂里的先生那么稱為“老師或“教習??梢姡袄蠋熞徽f是比較晚的事了。如今體會,“老師的含義比之“老師一說,具有資歷和學識程度上較低一些的差異。辛亥革命后,老師與其他官員一樣依法令任命,故又稱“老師為“教員。2.以任務引領。閱讀過程中,通過聽錄音、連線、

18、選擇、跟讀、復述、話題講述等多種形式的任務,引領孩子逐步理解文本內容,同時開展了學生的思維和語言運用才能。要練說,先練膽。說話膽小是幼兒語言開展的障礙。不少幼兒當眾說話時顯得害怕:有的結巴重復,面紅耳赤;有的聲音極低,自講自聽;有的低頭不語,扯衣服,扭身子??傊?,說話時外部表現(xiàn)不自然。我抓住練膽這個關鍵,面向全體,偏向差生。一是和幼兒建立和諧的語言交流關系。每當和幼兒講話時,我總是笑臉相迎,聲音親切,動作親昵,消除幼兒畏懼心理,讓他能主動的、無拘無束地和我交談。二是注重培養(yǎng)幼兒敢于當眾說話的習慣?;蛟谡n堂教學中,改變過去老師講學生聽的傳統(tǒng)的教學形式,取消了先舉手后發(fā)言的約束,多采取自由討論和談話的形式,給每個幼兒較多的當眾說話的時機,培養(yǎng)幼兒愛說話敢說話的興趣,對一些說話有困難的幼兒,我總是認真地耐心地聽,熱情地幫助
