2、中:離退休黨員4名,在職黨員6名,居民黨員18名。多年來(lái),我社區(qū)始終把民族團(tuán)結(jié)作為維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)開展的重要工作來(lái)抓,將民族團(tuán)結(jié)工作列入重要議事日程,始終堅(jiān)持以鄧小平理論和“三個(gè)代表”重要思想為指導(dǎo),以樹立和落實(shí)科學(xué)開展觀為統(tǒng)領(lǐng),在上級(jí)主管部門的指導(dǎo)和支持下,以抓學(xué)習(xí)、求團(tuán)結(jié)、樹典型、結(jié)對(duì)子、思穩(wěn)定、促開展為主題,全面貫徹黨的民族政策,以民族團(tuán)結(jié)宣傳教育月活動(dòng)為契機(jī),大力施行“得民心工程”,以“雙擁共建”和“典型宣傳”為主題,將民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育與深化開展社會(huì)榮辱觀教育、穩(wěn)固社區(qū)先進(jìn)性教育活動(dòng)成果、構(gòu)建和諧社區(qū)結(jié)合起來(lái)。大力宣傳“三個(gè)離不開”思想,積極開展社會(huì)榮辱觀、“五觀”和“四個(gè)認(rèn)同”教育

3、活動(dòng),不斷推進(jìn)“擁軍優(yōu)屬”和“軍民共建”活動(dòng)的開展,進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)各族黨員、干部、居民之間的團(tuán)結(jié),共譜民族團(tuán)結(jié)之曲,共唱民族團(tuán)結(jié)之歌,為構(gòu)建社會(huì)和諧社會(huì),全面推進(jìn)我市改革開展穩(wěn)定各項(xiàng)事業(yè)營(yíng)造良好的言論氣氛。同時(shí)也為實(shí)在加強(qiáng)自身建立,努力進(jìn)步干部職工素質(zhì),轉(zhuǎn)變工作作風(fēng),真心效勞群眾,及時(shí)解決群眾“急”、“難”、“怨”的問題,提供了強(qiáng)大的精神動(dòng)力,使民族團(tuán)結(jié)工作得到進(jìn)一步穩(wěn)固。社區(qū)兩委班子結(jié)實(shí)樹立“三個(gè)離不開”的思想,把民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育工作當(dāng)作事關(guān)大局的頭等大事,認(rèn)真抓好各項(xiàng)措施的落實(shí),促進(jìn)了民族團(tuán)結(jié)工作蓬勃開展。一、以群眾性活動(dòng)為載體,加強(qiáng)民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育。多年來(lái),社區(qū)黨支部緊緊圍繞改革開展穩(wěn)定的大局,開展

4、了多層次、多形式的民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育,著重堅(jiān)持了“三抓”:一抓經(jīng)常性的教育。社區(qū)黨支部把民族政策、法規(guī)納入中心組學(xué)習(xí)方案和干部職工政治理論學(xué)習(xí)方案。根據(jù)當(dāng)前形勢(shì)的開展,堅(jiān)持不懈地在廣闊干部職工中開展民族政策法規(guī)的學(xué)習(xí),采取集中培訓(xùn)和自學(xué)等方式,對(duì)廣闊干部職工進(jìn)展比擬系統(tǒng)的馬克思“五觀”教育、社會(huì)榮辱觀教育、鄧小平民族理論和黨的民族宗教政策教育,宣講民族開展和宗教演變的歷史,引導(dǎo)干部職工進(jìn)一步認(rèn)清分裂的本質(zhì)和危害,分清是非界限和敵我界限,使廣闊干部職工進(jìn)一步統(tǒng)一思想,全面正確地理解黨的民族、宗教政策,增強(qiáng)反對(duì)民族分裂,維護(hù)祖國(guó)統(tǒng)一,維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的自覺性和堅(jiān)決性。二抓每年五月的民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育月活動(dòng)。我社區(qū)

5、認(rèn)真開展民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育月活動(dòng),到達(dá)以月促年的效果。及時(shí)成立民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育活動(dòng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組,由支部書記任組長(zhǎng),分管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)詳細(xì)負(fù)責(zé),做到早方案,早安排、早部署。堅(jiān)持把經(jīng)常性教育和集中教育結(jié)合起來(lái),以活動(dòng)為載體,力爭(zhēng)做到年年有新的內(nèi)容,年年有新的方法,年年有新的成效。1、在教育月活動(dòng)期間,利用集中學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間,對(duì)廣闊干部職工及居民進(jìn)展民族團(tuán)結(jié)知識(shí)、民族政策法規(guī)及宗教知識(shí)的培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)。2022年5月16日,在社區(qū)會(huì)議室,社區(qū)黨支部召開了民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育月座談會(huì),參加會(huì)議的除了社區(qū)全體工作人員外還有轄區(qū)少數(shù)民族居民代表、宗教人士代表及轄區(qū)黨員共計(jì)19人,會(huì)上大家共同學(xué)習(xí)了團(tuán)結(jié)路社區(qū)民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育月活動(dòng)施行方案、憲法、新公布的

6、宗教事務(wù)條例、信訪條例、加強(qiáng)民族團(tuán)結(jié),反對(duì)民族分裂,觀看了反邪教警示教育光碟,并進(jìn)展了測(cè)試。通過(guò)開展喜聞樂見的宣傳教育活動(dòng),使各族居民在寓教于樂中受到了潛移默化的民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育,同時(shí)也進(jìn)步了各族干部職工、居民群眾的法制觀念,使民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育貼近群眾、貼近生活,到達(dá)了在全社區(qū)范圍內(nèi)大力宣傳黨的民族理論和民族政策的目的,從而進(jìn)一步激發(fā)社區(qū)干部、居民深化學(xué)習(xí)宣傳、貫徹施行憲法以及“三個(gè)代表”重要思想關(guān)于民族問題的理論學(xué)習(xí)綱要的熱情,為進(jìn)一步穩(wěn)固和開展民族團(tuán)結(jié)的大好場(chǎng)面奠定良好的根底。2、積極組織社區(qū)工作人員及廣闊居民參加義務(wù)勞動(dòng)和綠化活動(dòng),不斷增強(qiáng)大家保護(hù)環(huán)境,綠化家園的環(huán)保意識(shí)在2022年5月20日我

7、社區(qū)全體工作人員和轄區(qū)各族居民40余人對(duì)轄區(qū)內(nèi)的背街背巷及主要道路進(jìn)展了一次大清掃,為轄區(qū)居民提供了一個(gè)干凈優(yōu)美的生活環(huán)境。3、為了豐富轄區(qū)居民的業(yè)余文化生活,我社區(qū)于2022年5月22日,在社區(qū)文化活動(dòng)室組織開展了一次由社區(qū)工作人員及轄區(qū)居民共同參與的象棋、跳棋、撲克、羽毛球等比賽活動(dòng)。通過(guò)此次活動(dòng)的開展,使轄區(qū)各族居民在娛樂中互相交流了感情,不但增進(jìn)了轄區(qū)各族居民間的友誼,到達(dá)了社區(qū)工作人員與各族居民團(tuán)結(jié)友愛、互助的目的,同時(shí)也促進(jìn)了各民族間的團(tuán)結(jié)。4、在四川汶川發(fā)生大地震后,我社區(qū)全體工作人員及轄區(qū)各族居民、黨員干部先后為災(zāi)區(qū)捐款5560元,用我們微薄的力量幫助災(zāi)區(qū)人民早日擺脫困境,重建

8、家園。三是抓言論宣傳。利用宣傳標(biāo)語(yǔ)、黑板報(bào)等宣傳工具,廣泛地宣傳黨的民族政策。根據(jù)辦事處活動(dòng)的安排,我社區(qū)辦了一期以“六好”為主題的民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育板報(bào),張貼標(biāo)語(yǔ)15副,做到了以“六好”為主題的民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育活動(dòng)進(jìn)社區(qū)、進(jìn)居民小巷。通過(guò)各種形式的宣傳使廣闊干部群眾在自覺與不自覺中受到了民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育,為做好民族團(tuán)結(jié)工作打下了良好的思想根底。二、大力開展走訪慰問活動(dòng),增進(jìn)民族團(tuán)結(jié)。我轄區(qū)內(nèi)居住著漢、維、哈、蒙、回等9個(gè)民族,各民族大雜居、小聚居,各民族朝夕相處,休戚相關(guān)。我社區(qū)積極把民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育活動(dòng)與施行“知民情、解民憂、暖民心”工程相結(jié)合,以關(guān)心社區(qū)“弱勢(shì)群體”為己任,認(rèn)真貫徹黨和政府的扶貧助殘等各項(xiàng)

9、方針政策。有方案地開展“愛心捐贈(zèng)”、“擁軍優(yōu)屬”、“扶貧助殘”、“敬老愛老”等各項(xiàng)活動(dòng),提倡“人人為我,我為人人”的良好風(fēng)氣。到目前為止,就低保而言,我們做到了應(yīng)保盡保。每逢節(jié)假日,由社區(qū)主要干部帶頭,對(duì)轄區(qū)少數(shù)民族貧困戶、殘疾人組織上門慰問,送上生活用品,使他們感受到了社會(huì)大家庭的濃濃愛意。一社區(qū)兩委班子分別在2022年5月5日和5月19日,對(duì)轄區(qū)貧困戶努爾阿拉汗、帕提和_三家進(jìn)展了走訪慰問,送去了面粉、大米、蔬菜等生活用品,解決了他們的實(shí)際困難。通過(guò)走訪慰問,到達(dá)了發(fā)動(dòng)干部與居民群眾統(tǒng)一思想,凝聚民心的目的。二在5月29日,在走訪黨員時(shí),當(dāng)我社區(qū)支部書記得知轄區(qū)老黨員阿加和買提同志因病重住
