2、標準為依據(jù)中位：考試說明考試說明是一種考試規(guī)范，是按照考試性質(zhì)和要求，對課程標準的細化和解釋。省教育廳文件規(guī)定：考試說明是全省各地學(xué)業(yè)考試命題的依據(jù)，各市不得自行編寫考試說明。下位：教材 教材是制定考試標準的重要參考，也是命題的重要參考。 教材是課程標準最主要的載體 ，是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的文本。 通過教材，更加準確地把握課程標準各項要求。 通過教材，對考試條目的考試層次進行準確定位。 通過教材，為的命題提供基本參照，特別是難度、題型等。 學(xué)業(yè)考試與原來中考不同點：1、考試性質(zhì)不同。原來中考為選撥性考試，學(xué)業(yè)考試是具有水平性質(zhì)的終結(jié)性考試。2、主要功能轉(zhuǎn)變。原來中考主要目的是為高中招生服務(wù)；學(xué)業(yè)考試主要

3、是為初中生學(xué)業(yè)評價服務(wù)。從側(cè)重選拔與甄別轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)W業(yè)成就與潛能評定。3、命題依據(jù)不同。原來中考主要教學(xué)大綱和教材命題，學(xué)業(yè)考試將依據(jù)課程標準命題，絕不能偏向任何一個版本的教材。4、試題風(fēng)格和題型將逐步發(fā)生改變。學(xué)業(yè)考試將逐步向新課程的理念靠攏。1、根據(jù)英語課程標準確定考查內(nèi)容與標準，不拘泥于教材。2、著重考查學(xué)生的綜合語言運用能力。3、考慮學(xué)生實際生活和身心發(fā)展水平。 4、注意選用真實、地道的語言素材，根據(jù)語言實際使用情形命題。5、注重試題的信度和效度，避免繁、偏、舊的試題 。6、根據(jù)試題的考查目的和考查重點，科學(xué)合理地制定評分標準。（二）命題原則（三）試題具體特征1、試題的選材體裁多樣、題材豐富

4、，具有較好的思想性和教育性。這些特點在閱讀理解、完形填空和書面表達等試題上體現(xiàn)得更為突出。2、試題的技術(shù)質(zhì)量普遍提高，尤其是單項選擇題，大多注重了語境化設(shè)計，基本上改變了過去在脫離語境的情況下考查對知識點機械記憶的傾向。3、試題配置基本合理，考查內(nèi)容全面，試題的效度較高。除了考查語言知識以外，強調(diào)對語言技能的考查，嘗試對文化意識和跨文化交際能力的考查。4、試題題型簡約化。 有利于減輕學(xué)生應(yīng)試負擔(dān)。有利于提高學(xué)生語言技能。聽力、單項填空、完形填空、閱讀理解、單詞拼寫、書面表達。二、中考試題分析2009年中考英語試卷解讀與分析 一、知識覆蓋面廣，話題涉及范圍大，重視語境，體現(xiàn)語言的交際性。全卷考查

5、了標準中五級要求的19個語法項目中的18個，涉及標準要求的24個話題中的22個學(xué)生普遍熟悉的話題，聽力部分分別取材于學(xué)生生活中非常熟悉的11個情景，談及天氣、旅游、職業(yè)、購物等15個話題，單項選擇與完型填空重視語境，題干設(shè)計嚴謹，把語言知識的考查巧妙地融于真實的語境中，既考查了語言形式，又考查了語言意義，做到了語言準確性和得體性的統(tǒng)一，體現(xiàn)了語言的交際性。如第25小題：-Do you like You and Me? -Yes, it _ very sweet. 7、定的開放性，使不同水平的考生都能獲得相應(yīng)的分數(shù)。三、所選文章貼近實際生活、貼近社會，突出英語學(xué)科的教育價值。試卷中6個篇章設(shè)計的話題貼近生活，引導(dǎo)考生關(guān)注生活、關(guān)注社會、關(guān)注身邊發(fā)生的事，巧妙地融入了情感教育和價值觀教育。如：完型填空取材于社區(qū)業(yè)主會議的一篇發(fā)言稿，關(guān)于鄰里之間或社區(qū)生活中養(yǎng)狗和高空拋物帶來的問題和危害，要求人們摒棄不良的生活習(xí)慣，樹立良好的社會公德，為社區(qū)美好環(huán)境、安全和諧盡職盡責(zé)。閱讀A篇是一篇電影介紹，內(nèi)容是關(guān)于兩個孿生姐妹為讓分開多年的父母重新結(jié)合，使家人重新團聚而努力的故事；B篇講述了一個“奉獻比索取更快樂”的哲理故事，給學(xué)生許多啟迪，具有積極的教育意義等等。詞匯運用
