、 within the model (e.g. saved views), and setup a routine that would run automatically every day to issue renderings from these various positions. The group of about 50 images was quickly compiled into a PowerPoint presentation that was distributed daily or weekly. This enabled the team to get insid

、e the model very easily (anybody can click through PowerPoint).Once the model was developed to a point where most disciplines had critical mass, we produced daily 3D PDFs and distributed these to the entire team. With no training they could now navigate through the model and review it at will, looki

、ng at the things they were most interested in.Once the model complexity expanded beyond the limits of 3D PDF, we issued the actual model files to the team, and trained several people in Bentley Navigator. Now they could go wherever they needed to, could redline (if they so chose), and could continue

、 to find and resolve problems quickly. To help those who didnt have time to get used to Bentley Navigator, we issued various regular scripted animations to augment the daily images in the powerpoint we created in step number one. The entire design team used the 3D PDFs and Bentley Navigator in multip

The resulting document from these meetings would be sent to the modeling team to address the issues; these screenshots and descrip
