2、論法,直觀演示法,練習(xí)法教學(xué)重點與難點:教學(xué)重點:會使用委婉語進行批評;掌握商務(wù)用餐禮儀。教學(xué)難點:以在與客戶共同就餐的過程中使用基本的商務(wù)用餐禮儀;根據(jù)場景對客戶的某些言行舉止進行委婉批評。主要參考資料: 施志渝,視聽說教程2,上海外語教育出版社,2020年2月.教具使用:多媒體設(shè)備,暢課平臺課后作業(yè):1.完成暢課平臺的作業(yè);2.同桌合作完成40頁的pair work;3.預(yù)習(xí)下節(jié)課內(nèi)容。教學(xué)反思:以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的技能為宗旨,促進學(xué)生全面發(fā)展為目標(biāo),加強學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的養(yǎng)成進行授課。教師要在教學(xué)過程中隨時搜索并篩選最新的、具有時效性的學(xué)生所感興趣的商務(wù)話題為輔,如商務(wù)、財經(jīng)、時事等,讓學(xué)生全方位收
